Does anyone have any experience with these angels? I know they are shy and that cyanide poisoning is of concern....but anyone have them in a reef tank and regret it? picking at clams? sps? or are they one of the coolest fish youve added?

i have two korrallia 4 evolutions that i would like to hook up to a wave timer. i currently have an aquacontroller 3 that would do it for me, but im using x10 modules....and when those turn on and off they click loudly. do they make silent x10 modules? so im looking into wave timers and would like some feedback on which people are using and are pleased with. this natural wave timer seems like a good one... http://www.aquaticeco.com/subcategories/744/Natural-Wave-Timer but are there any other suggestions?

well since XMs are probably the brightest bulb ive used, ill give them a 9. radiums were more like a 6 or 7 in comparison. as far as i remember that is...its been years. now on an HQI ballast...that changes things alot. youll certainly get very bright bulbs if theyre single ended on your HQI ballast.

ive used XM 20k bulbs for the last 4 or so years. i switched to them because of price and because i felt they gave me the color i wanted with the brightness i expected out of a 400w bulb. i was also pleased to find out they had a much higher PAR rating than a radium when used with a magnetic single ended ballast. i used radiums for a few years prior to XM and always felt like they were just too dim. but im also getting close to bulb replacement time and am thinking i might switch back to radiums just too see if i notice any change in my sps colors....which people have claimed are great under radiums... so, im still partial to my XMs, but may go the radium route after all...

any ideas on why eloise always seems to know whats going on? can someone refresh my memory on what happened to desmond following his turning the key and blowing up the hatch? why was he so willing to go with sayid after just agreeing to help widmore? on a blogsite they mentioned how every character has spent time looking at their reflection in mirrors, windows, etc. i think there is something to that and i like it. i hope the end of ol' smokey isnt him being tricked into walking into that [language filter] box and shutting the door before flipping the on switch. likewise, i hope they dont turn it into a gun of some sort and shoot him. i have a feeling ben will stay behind to keep smoke monster on the island...in one final teary good bye scene.... "leave! go now! ill be fine....tell jack im sorry...." as ben slowly turns around, his shirt open and torn revealing dirty yet rippling abs. flames and explosions all around with smoke monster just out of reach staring down a weary benjamin linus. desmond shuts the door to the airplane quickly and they peer through the dusty windows, watching ben disappear one last time into the smoke. the plane isnt going to fly itself, so miles walks over to lapidus and puts out his hand, offering to help him up. "you gonna walk, or am i gonna have to carry you?" lapidus looks up, "to where?" "VICTORY LANE!" everyone smiles. freeze frame. roll credits. the end.

well well well. see you in another life, brotha indeed! jin and sun episodes arent ever really that interesting. except when either of them are not wearing a shirt. or when keamy is being all smarmy and charming at the same time. but last nights, very exciting. as tina fey and jin walk past the bix wooden box with cables coming out of it, i was reminded of the opening scene of jurassic park. "loading team step away. gate keeper....shooooooooot herrrrrrr!!!" and then i got a text from a friend saying he got a sudden overwhelming feeling he was going to be disappointed by this episode and the finale. his despair slowly crept in as well. .....until they turned that guy into bacon. and then put desmond in immediately after!!! and from there the party started. i got to spend a good 45 minutes with charlie pace, a friend i hadnt seen in...years now. i enjoyed my future wife, claire waiting for me to pick her up at the airport. and i am enjoying the story line of our characters being able to realize their alternate existences! by the end of the episode i got a hint of where the show was headed and what was going to happen. i felt satisfied. next week, MICHAEL! LIBBY! and....MICHAEL!!

this was probably my favorite episode of the entire series. fantastic acting by nestor. great story. solid answers. it also had smoke monster doing what he does best.....KILLING! which i always thoroughly enjoy. by the middle of the episode i too began to feel that the man in black is actually the good guy in all this and that jacob will turn out to be the bad guy. the end of the episode implied that jacob was the good guy however, although i cant say im entirely convinced. i was really hoping they wouldnt have the black rock crash into the island. i was hoping they would have the island crash into the black rock. but, the only complaint i have for this entire episode is i find it rather silly to have made the ship go airborne. launch through a stone statue and then continue inland so far from the beach. that was kind of annoying. this is a very large, very heavy wooden vessel and to have it lift like that would require....serious wave/wind double team action. otherwise, such a great episode. ill probably watch this one again.

VERY VERY VERY EXCITED FOR THIS. my son and i enjoyed planet earth. and im hoping this will be equally as fascinating. visually it looks just as stunning.

i just watched the first episode last night. im totally a war movie enthusiast, and since i havent seen band of brothers yet (whaaaaaat?!?!?) ill be using this show to fill the void until i get my hands on the dvds. i didnt really feel any connection to the characters and felt it was pretty boring up until the battle scene at the end. only then did i start to care about the people, mainly because of how they reacted and handled themselves after...not because of their family life back home or girls they write to. one of the guys looks like a rougher manly version of the head teacher on glee. just me? eh? ok. the visuals of the night time naval battle was pretty stirring. i listened to some interviews on NPR from people who fought on these islands, and they all were very upset at how pointless the battles were. my grandfather recently gave me a manilla folder with pictures and articles from his time being the throttle driver for the LSTs (Landing Ship Tanks) out there, and then from there to omaha and normandy. what an absolutely unprecedented decade.

not exactly my favorite episode. but, it had some highlights. liam at the police station. and hes not all coked out! i was reeeeallly hoping we would catch a glimpse of charlie. sad face. i didnt like the girl wearing the tina fey mask. the more claire i see the better. unless its a hot looking charlotte. mini electromagnetic towers. exciting! i think this whole episode was just basically a filler for next weeks....when we get an entire episode dedicated to RICHARD!!! i am very excited about that. it should make up for the mostly empty episode last night. why was miles so into his bromance with sawyer? totally throwing tantrums about being lied to like they were in some sort of relationship. oh miles....locke should have come from no where and slapped him instead of slapping claire. RICHARD RICHARD RICHARD!!!!

a ben episode! those are usually fun. i was glad we finally got a little taste of back story. what we learned may have been what we already assumed, but so be it. some answers are better than none. amirite? richard. slave. from the black rock. ageless because jacob touched him. nice. that answers all those questions. now, lets have a richard episode and find out how the black rock not only landed on the island, but landed IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ISLAND. jacob did touch all of our other lost characters though, we saw that when he showed how he interacted with all of them during critical moments of their pre island lives. so does that make the candidates all ageless? what about kate and sawyer, they were kids when jacob came to them. and because jacob touched them, none of them are able to kill themselves? remember when michael tried and couldnt do it? good stuff. i think the only character that has willingly killed himself was charlie. and jack. stopping dynamite. WITH HIS MIND! hes finally getting some confidence again. genuine confidence and not just the whiny, "well i guess ill take charge since everyone else wants me to be..." so when bens dad mentions they went to the island and then left....did they leave when marvin candle evacuated the island? when miles and his mom left? alex....in LA? looks like everyone still would find each other even if the island never brought them together....artz and ben at the same school as alex, with locke substituting...im sure jacks hospital must be just down the street as well as sayids brothers house. i didnt think llana should have forgiven ben. i thought that was silly. when she chased him down and he grabbed a gun she should have just started firing. she no doubt would have been killed in a barrage of bullets, but her job is to protect the island from people like ben. not immediately throw up her hands and cower. ben is too easily forgiven for the things hes done. as much as i love him, hes still a monster of a human being. i hope they employ the remaining polar bears to fight in the end battle. whats at the hydra station that a smoke monster would need? my mom was like, "a submarine?? really, a submarine???" pfffft. why WOULDNT there have been a submarine. this is gearing up to be quite the battle if we are going to have team smoke monster vs team jacob vs team widmore. unless he sides with a team. jacob said a friend was coming. i love that miles dug up the diamonds. ha. great continuation of that story line.
