  2. I visit lots... Me likey PNWMAS.org

I was going to respond but then saw Shawn (sknoch78) posted in the new aquatronica forum on RC. Also I don't control the CO2 with it. Shawn I can try and help you if you are having problems. Do you have the PC Software? If not we could hook it to my laptop and program it. I find the PC software easier to deal with for programming. What is your setup now and what isn't working right?

    Aquatronica is sweet.

  3. Rumor has it the hole in the wall is being cut friday......(rock2) Let the equipment purchases begin. (clap)

Ron I pretty much have everything I need. Thanks for the offer. Your tank looks great by the way in those pics you posted. You'll have it filled with corals in no time.

  4. You laugh Ron but I have seen copters around my shop. It has at least 4 skylights and at night they glow. From the air it must look sweet. Plus the shop has its own power and I'm sure PGE has reported the power increase since they are by law supposed too. (so i've heard). I also have a green house next to my shop and a completely covered yard in a back corner that looks way suspicious.

ringwurm how well does that keep it warm? I need to do something like your setup. Is that just pvc and painters plastic? Very nice and looks like you have the plague in there or just a bubble boy.

  5. got the answer from Eheim

JAGER heaters are fully submersible according to European standards. However because Jager heaters are now manufactured in Germany a new UL certificate must be issued for the “New” company. This new certificate must be issued to comply with the North American standards, until then the heater MUST be labeled as not submersible in North America.

  6. When I told them to build it strong enough to put a jeep on I didn't think they were going to take me literally. Actually the material was expensive but labor was less because it was less welds. Once I saw yours I knew I didn't want any braces in the way. It is almost 4ft tall so that was a concern. One thing I did forget was built in cup holders.

  7. complete. well not quite but my daughter and I love looking at nemo and dori and some hand drawn sharpie corals and fish. Here are some pics of the stand, sump and tank. I just hope I can complete it before the new little one is due in January. The stand still needs to be painted.

  8. yea there new heater instructions say not to submerge it all the way. There is a line you shouldn't pass. My guess is it is a german thing where legally they aren't code for fully submerged. I really want to submerge this thing for my water makeup bin but now I'm trippin on it. I saw the web site thing but this is there new heater not the old one. The instructions are too detailed to be a translation thing. Eheim makes a great product but this blows.
