sounds like a cyst that has burst unfortunately not much you can do it could have happened when being bagged as a small bruise can turn into a cyst.

once it colors back up I will take a pic it actualy has 4 colors in it but not like the Tyree red and yea be carful as they dont like having there phosphates droped to fast I was using a liquid additive.
