I have 2 acrylic sumps for sale. the first one is a high capicity one from the 300 gallon tank that i had. I will provide some bulkheads to go with it including the 3" monster bulkhead. this sump can handle major flow. it also comes with a bracket that fits in the top to place a filter sock and return lines. asking $200 OBO for this one. the 3" bulkhead is Sch80 PVC and costs $75 by itself. the second one is a 20g sump with a custom flow control top to funnel the water from the tank through a filter if desired and then into the first compartment (skimmer). It comes with a 1" outflow bulkhead and a 1/2" BH that was used to supply the skimmer. asking $100 OBO

Has this been advertised on the other boards? do you want me to look at putting it on TRT?

Honestly, when it comes to bad doctors... i just keep myself informed and when something is wrong i diagnose myself then go to the doctor. tell him what i think and would like to try and he usually agrees with me. it makes my appointments much faster and i figure blaming the doc won't help so this way i can blame myself. besides, who knows how you feel better than you... plus, I am usually right and am cured much faster

in the end... I have great insurance and i am a regular working Joe (or Ryan as the case may be). my prescription meds never go over $10 for generic or $40 for name brand, and i have never had a problem getting treatment and never have had to pay more than my own co-pay. so there is some decent treatment out there... as for the other stuff. Sicko- I can't stand Mike Moore and his crap. Gov't- I think there needs to be some very big changes in the FDA and associated groups that manage healthcare and meds. but under no circumstances do i support universal health care. I spent 2 years under a socialized health care system and it was awful. it was also stagnant and little effort was made toward developing new systems/methods for/in health care. I think a good start would be to nail the phamacutecals for price gouging us, then cap malpractice limits and consequently cap the malpractice insurance costs. then we would see a decent drop in prices for health care. then once we get rid of the friggin illegal immigrants that are killing our welfare system and raising our healthcare costs... we might be a little better off.

Joel is a great busnessman and an even better reefkeeper.

go to target and get a egg-crate style foam mattress and staple it to the walls of the stand. it works great.

Actually they do pull out the particles... if they don't then you have one of 2 problems. Skimmer is too small not enough flow in the tank to move the particulate matter to the skimmer.

in the interem you can do what i did on my knop when i had it. heat the tube with hot water so it is soft and pliable. then attach it to the nipple sticking out and use a small zip tie to cinch it down. wait for the tube to cool before using and watch it for a bit to make sure it holds.
