talkalot82
Hubbies boss bought me a diy lid for my red sea 350 to try out to see if he wants to sell in his store or not. Wish me luck figuring out how to put it together.
SuncrestReef
The key is to make clean, straight cuts on the aluminum frame. I used a metal blade on my jigsaw, and used a 90 degree guide clamp to ensure the cuts were square. Then a metal file to brush off any burrs. After assembling the frame, lay the netting over it and bind it in place with the rubber tubing, then cut it to size with a razor knife after it's all installed. That's much easier than trying to attach the netting already cut to size. Good luck!
