TheClark
Algae stinks! If you could lock it in where it is at that would leave a few nutrients for your lepto and other corals but hopefully still low enough to avoid algae. The Phosphate roller coaster (up and down) is rough on corals it sounds like from what I hear. Maybe bring your GFO back online with a reduced volume of 25% or so and monitor phosphates to see if they will hold? Increase if necessary? That nano world is new to me, so take this for what it is worth and good luck you have such a cool countertop tank.
PowderBlue
Thanks for the insight! I added a new fish so feeding will go up a little bit as well. I'll try what you said and just do a small amount of gfo and test again in a week and see if it's still right around 0.02 or so.
