Higher Thinking
Selling a brand new Pacific Coast Imports chiller/heater. They say they're good for <40 gallons, but I wouldn't use it on anything bigger than 20. Nothing fancy, but it's never been opened. I bought two for some shrimp tanks and only used one. $50 bucks. Also have some petrified wood for free if anyone wants it.
Jack-the-reefer
Very interested in the chiller. Would it keep around 20 gallons cold enough for a coldwater tank? And where do you live?
Exodus
That little guy in no way could turn a 20 Gallon into a cold water tank, This is one of the smallest line of chillers made for Nano tanks, Like he said 20-25 would probably be maxing it out, its for the summer months when things get a bit hot I imagine it would be able to drop temps 5-7 degrees, 10 if lucky
Jack-the-reefer
[language filter]. I should have known it could never work out that cheap.
Exodus
Yeah, He definitely has it listed for a great price that's for sure. I think that one is a 1/12 being the C-150 & they make a c-85 that's 1/
Higher Thinking
Yeah, this thing couldn't drop temps that low. It'd be best for keeping temps on small tropical tanks where they need to be during the summer heat. I'm in Albany, but drive to NE Portland and Beaverton quite often. Sasquatch
If the chiller is not sold I would buy it for a nano.. that is if no one else before me claims itI bet it would work for a 10g coldwater thats inside with ac in the summer
