Jeramy
They do fine in shallow water my corals loved them and grew really well. I used 2 8k strips and 2 454 blues and ended up with an amazing color mix as well. I have them over my fuge in my current tank growing macro and xenia =)
CrazyInside
Oh nice, def should be able to grow something with these then lol. Today I vinegar'd the coraline and got most of it, still need to wipe down the glass though... also got this media rack that fits into the 2nd chamber. Probably pute a bag of chemipure elite in it or something.. not sure yet

Derbird
Looking very nice What type of fish / coral are you thinking about for this tank? If its not too big you might want to check out the Tunze nano 6015 I got one for by BioCube 29 and am very happy with it. Nice flow and dead silent. http://www.glass-holes.com/Tunze-Turbelle-NanoStream-Pump-6015-TZ1217.htm Free shipping to boot (clap)

So coral/fish wise will be whatever I find for cheap lol. Mixed reef for sure though
