SeanF
Sea Crop has tank raised cuttlefish on a fairly regular basis but you may have to e-mail them to get them. They run a wholesale operation only and may be getting them from someone else but claim to be breeding them.
H20cooled
So I torn it down and cleaned it up. I wanted to do something completely different from the 130G SPS tank. I have always liked the lagoon/ sea grass tanks and thought I would try it out. Its still got a long ways to go but its a start. The tank status are: Oceanic 50G (30x18x21) 4x 24w T5 bulbs with Icecap SLR reflectors 1 Filstar xP2 canister filter 1 Tunze 6045 nanostream powerhead. 20lbs LR 4 sand (mixed sizes)
JManrow
Here are a few links to some excellent Seagrass Aquarium articles. http://www.reefland.com/rho/0305/main3.php http://www.wetwebmedia.com/ca/volume_3/cav3i3/seagrasses/seagrasses.htm http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2007-01/sl/index.php http://www.wetwebmedia.com/ca/volume_3/cav3i3/seagrasses/seagrasses.htm Nice setup. Macros & plants will do great with the co2.
Palani
Well rich I vote seahorse tank. I know of a guy in Corvallis that is selling baby seahorses. Right now he has them on frozen cyclops, but has all of his adult seahorses on frozen mysis that he puts in a shot glass on the bottom of the tank. The seahorses eat right out of the shot glass! It is very relaxing to watch a little group of seahorses that float on by with little effort.
JManrow
Seahorses should feel right at home in that planted tank. I'm in the process of setting up a 55 gallon seagrass/seahorse tank right now. The Thalassia plants that sprouted from the seeds of that pod I was sent a couple of months ago are doing great! When they eventually send out runners, I'll be glad to share some with you.
