It only took flooding the laundry room twice for me to install float valves and an auto shut off on my RODI.

That's why mine is in the garage.............it just goes down hill and out the door  I did put a float switch in my ATO container but do fill buckets every so often and that's when I get in trouble.......

Wasn't in the new house a week before I had a flood coming out the front of the garage.  Kind of a reefer tradition if you ask me.

Well Friday was drinking a few cold ones...……...turn on the water and tell myself set the timer...…...walk outside to see water at the garage door a few hours later

I put 5" of water in my basement once. Which part you ask? The ENTIRE basement.

That is impressive. Hopefully not RODI or even worse salt - that would be expensive in more ways than one.

I had water running down my basement stairs once. Whoops

These are very impressive.  Our desire to chase this hobby can be quantifiably measured by the actual damage we do to our homes.  We should have an award annually for most impressive flood.
