  1. Definitely! I've done a few, and can get the whole kit with updated tensioners, etc. But it's a lot of hours. Definitely a good idea to do some other preventative maintenance while everything's out too.
  2. Hey everyone, my name's Taylor. As some of you know, I'm a mechanic. I've been working on cars professionally for about 6 years now. I've spent a season working with a race team in Utah where I modified, built, and maintained multiple different makes and models. I've had my hands on everything from general repairs on your everyday cars and trucks, to maintaining Lamborghinis, Ferrari's and Porsches, to installing various custom modifications on everything in between. I specialize in Audi's, but have been lucky enough to gain experience with just about everything. I have a shop in Silverton where I can do more extensive repairs and builds, or can come directly to you and get your car taken care of. I charge $50/hour for labor, and have multiple accounts with reputable parts vendors to get you the best prices on the best parts. If you've got anything you need done on your vehicle shoot me a pm and let's talk!
  3. I'll definitely be back soon! Me and my girlfriend got a townhouse in happy valley. Glad to hear it's still alive and well! Is it showing any rainbow coloration? Thats awesome! How are the colors? Appreciate it! Super excited to be getting back into it!
  4. Hey everyone, I've been taking a break for the last few months, but I'm dying to get back into it. The space I have to fit a setup could fit up to a 48x28, or 36x36 footprint. I'd be interested in anything rimless around that footprint and larger than 80g. I've been looking at the marineland 93cube but nervous due to the seal horror stories. I've also been considering the sca 90g 36x24x24. after alot of convincing I was able to justify a larger tank, so more options open now! Just figured I'd see if there was something local before pulling the trigger on ordering one.
  5. I've got a brand new Ecotech vectra I've had sitting on my shelf for a while. I won it in the raffle at a meeting 6 months ago. I was planning on setting up a smaller setup to run it, but Ive decided to just dedicate all of my funds and efforts into my big tank build. It's never been out of the box, never seen water. March 2018 manufacturer date. $200obo
  6. Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of updates. Like Brian mentioned, I've been having phone issues, as well as just dealing with the stressors of moving on top of my daily life. Unfortunately all of the corals we're sold last weekend, and I forgot to update this post. Thanks everyone for the interest, and I apoligise for failing to update sooner. Mods please close this thread
  7. After alot of consideration I've decided to take a break from reefing entirely. I've moved in with my girlfriend in Portland, and my brother hasn't been maintaining the nano like he told me since I left. I'm gonna sell off the remaining corals from my nano, and restart entirely when I setup my 200. I will get more pictures up in a few hours, but there's not much left. First thing I want to re-home my absolute favorite piece before it declines any further. It's my rainbow wellso I purchased from CNC 13 months ago. It still shows color, but isn't looking as happy as it should. I'm open to discussing a price on this one, it is absolutely beautiful when it's happy, and would do great in a well maintained setup. Next I have a really neat rainbow lobo, looking for $40. Rainbow acan mini colonies- $30 each
  8. I use some literal $1 cfl's from Walmart in some cheap fixtures. My macro grows like a weed. But those tunze lights look so nice. My cfl's will never look that good. Lol
  9. Stomatellas are the best. Greatest cuc I've come across. Also that yellow lobo is sweeeeet.
  10. A bit of work and this would be an amazing setup for anyone! And seriously, $300 you can't go wrong.
  11. 30x30x24 aquarium, stand is 31.5" wide, 30.75deep, and 37" tall I believe
  12. I have no idea, but if someone comes and buys it they'll get 10 rainbow spathulata frags for free too!
  13. Come on guys, only $300 for a truly reef ready 93g setup. It's not the prettiest, but it's such a good price!
  14. I second this. It was shockingly easy to fill my 93. I'm also currently selling a 93 cube for cheap if you're interested.
  15. This was my reef of frags about 8 months ago. Its kind of depressing seeing the difference. I'll clean it up and get better pictures tomorrow night, or Saturday. I'll be available Saturday for anyone interested in looking at it.
  16. First off, apologies for potato pictures. I was given a huge job at work, and 2 days to do it so these were some quick ones I grabbed last night. It comes with a canopy that matches the stand. I just preferred open top. The rocks are just piled up on the bottom because I didn't feel like setting the scape back up after removing my coral. It looks like I lost the orange cap, and stylo. The rock was overturned and they had no light exposure and I didn't catch it soon enough. There's some kryptonite candycane, scrambled eggs zoas and hydnophora as well.
  17. Shot you a text. It's actually been just sitting with minimal corals for the last month and a half. I took all my favorite pieces and stuffed them in a nanocube A while ago. The nanocube will be much easier to move, and I don't have hardly any room for more corals so it's easier to walk away from the acro frags I blow way too much money on.😂 The 200g will be a very nice improvement when it finally can start coming together.
  18. Last year I picked up a 200g to upgrade to once I get into my new house. So until then I've decided to put my favorite corals into a nano, and sell off everything I won't be using on the 200g build. This setup has been running for over a year, and the rock is over 2 years old. Lighting is a custom 8b hybrid t5/radion g2 fixture I spent alot of time building last year. I have a radion xr30 g2 I've included. Sump is a 35g acrylic, with an old eheim? ac return pump. Have an old euroreef skimmer included as well. For flow I've got 2 jebao rw8s that are just over 4 months old. As far as stock goes, I've got a pair of black and orange clowns, a tomini tang, a yellow corris wrasse, a possum wrasse, a yellowtail damsel and a 2ft long snowflake eel, 50-75lbs of live rock, orange acan colony, green Monti cap, kryptonite candycane, scrambled eggs zoa's, mind blowing palys, green hydnophora dozens of snails, and hermits, fuge is full of macro. And now for the bad, aiptasia is present in the system. Not an epidemic, but definitely can find a couple. And there's also some sporadic bryopsis patches. With a few minutes of weekly maintenance I have been able to keep both in check no problem. I'll get pictures up later this evening.
  19. Rhd rx7s also have even less headroom, but I'll be able to correct that with super low seat brackets and fixed back seats. Im mostly aware of the issues that come with a rhd rx7 but I'm mostly nervous about the actual importer.
  20. Nice! My thinking with going jdm is Japan had something like 70k cars produced through the 10 years they were built there, whereas we had under 14k make it to the states because Mazda only built lhd cars in 93 and 94. I used to have a chaste white 94, a 1 of 26 produced. But Everytime I considered chopping it up I just felt guilty. Im a purist at heart, so I'd rather just chop up a car with higher production numbers. I feel this! I would buy a 911 if I had 140k laying around for a 997 gt3rs.
  21. Numbered in kmh, and rpm is broken down into 100ths opposed to 10ths. But it doesn't matter because I'll be pulling the gauge cluster anyways to replace with a racepack.
