  1. Very nice! Been thinking of getting one of those for my prop system Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Saw this little RO/DI until on amazon. Have any of you used this little guy with success? What are your opinions on it? Its a small footprint and is only $59 for a 3 stage and for an extra $30 you can add a DI resign to make it a 4 stage. $90 for a 4 stage sounds good to me. What do you guys think, I would love to hear your thoughts on this unit. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DOG63OY/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER Thanks, Cody
  3. Thanks I was trying to be all artsy and stuff lol! Just thought that it would make a neat little zoa garden once they grow out. I wonder how well they wild grow on a live turbo snail..... Moving zoa garden?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. It's a work in progress.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I've got a nice mini zoa garden for you! The zoas are on a giant turbo snail shell. They were mounted like this back in Augest as 2-3 polyp frags. So they are growing and happy. I'm located in the Salem area but will be traveling to Portland this weekend and the following weekend. Sunny Ds-7 polyps, Devils armor-12 polyps, Armor Of God-15 polyps. The price is $100 OBO. That's about $3 per polyp! If you want other colors added to the shell an extra cost just ask and I'll see what I can do Sorry the picture isn't the best, it's taken with my phone! Pm me with any questions. Thanks for looking, Cody Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Where did you sell them online? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  10. Well finally broke out the good camera and tried to get some shots for a sale thread I'll be posting up soon. But I got carried away and just took pictures of everything lol! I love taking pictures of my corals but I found it really difficult to get a good/true representation of the color. But here are some of the pictures that turned out alright. If you have any pointers on getting better pictures, feel free to comment. I am always open to advice I found that getting my white balance right was the hardest part for me. anyways I hope you enjoy the pictures! [/url]
  11. agreed! I tried breaking out the nice camera today but by the time I finished I just felt discouraged. Some pointers would be awesome:) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. No idea but it's not a lot haha. Here is the info about lights. They are OR t247 hanging maybe 20" above the water. Blues at 60 and whites at 35. Frags are about 4" under the surface. I've been slowly increasing blues the last few weeks and will continue too. Did a lot of reading that people use blue only tanks to increase color. So I'm giving it a shot. Mine may not grow a lot, but I'm shooting for best color lol! Like I said the red is faint but I can still see it. Fingers crossed that it gets brighter! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I'll post mine up tonight! This stick is turning into a sick piece! It's developed faint red polyps around the top for me(gonna give it more light.) I'll break out the nice camera and try to get some good shots for you. Getting the right white balance is always hard for me though so it won't look perfect ha. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. brs posted on here and sent me an email saying this weekend is their group buy thing. $29 and over is free shipping and 10x the reward points! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. BRS sells colored plumbing and they are having their live sale this weekend! 10% reward point back on everything, may just work out perfect! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I actually text my dad to see if he had any acrylic in he shop and he said he thinks there is some there so I'll go dig through that stuff to see if I can find some! Otherwise Taps is like and hour and a half from my house. I may just try some stainless steal screws for now to see how they do! Otherwise I'll probably just use my left hand also lol! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I currently run Ocean Revives above my frag tanks and they do pretty well. They do not have the controllability that primes do though. I was talking with Jeff a few months ago about a prototype OR light that he was running above one of his tanks that had the ability to control the 5 color channels like the prime. So,I do believe that soon OR is coming out with a controllable light Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. that's a wonderful idea! I think I'll give that a shot before ordering one. Just need to get some acrylic now....Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. so this porthole acts as a "macro" lens? That can then be used on a regular camera, iPhone...etc? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I'm thinking of getting one of these guys for taking pictures. Wanted to see if anyone had one that they were looking to get rid of before I order one Here is what they look like if you're not sure... Thanks, Cody Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
