Thank you guys so much, right now i'm talking with a childhood friend trying to figure out how to pickup the stock tanks from Jeremy, he drives a newer Blazer and i have a Toyota ext cab but it keeps blowing the 15a EFI fuse on start, so i have a short somewhere that's been proving difficult to locate. The friend has no flatbed trailer's but my wheels are turning because we have a single and a tandem jet ski trailer. Jeremy, if you took two containers and stacked them, what would the rough dimensions be? No rush, just trying to figure out if we can clear out the back of the Blazer and fit them in there safe and secure. More than likely he won't be able to help though. My rusty gears are running in overdrive at the moment thinking, i'll figure it out though.

This is not crazing, like shown in the second picture. It's actual seam separation (I can stick the tip of my fingernail in some of them) that travels the whole 17'' in height. The crazing appeared (not pictured) nearly instantly when the tank maker attempted a repair with Weldon-4 on a running 60'' tank. "Many studies have demonstrated that two conditions must be present for stress crazing to develop on the surface of an acrylic sheet: stress within the acrylic sheet and the presence of an aggressive liquid or solvent. The presence of only one of these conditions does not cause crazing. Both must be present." http://aristechacrylics.com/wp-content/uploads/Stress_Crazing_on_Acrylic_Surfaces_and_Its_Causes_Bulletin_186.pdf This was confirmed with some of the professionals i spoke with but quite honestly, they couldn't care less about the crazing, they were way more concerned with the seam separation and what may have caused it. Some asked me if i was near the tank, yes sir, they then asked me to go and inspect a few things, one was "is the outsides of the panels clear or dull? Dull i answered. Then was asked to run my finger down the affected seam. It felt like what i would describe as a row of speed bumps right next to each other. This is called "router chatter" The rest of the seams from end to end, everyone of them has terrible router chatter. None of them had any confidence with the integrity of the rest of the tank and was advised it will continue until ultimate failure. Double threat: From the inside, same seam. If coralline,etc can get in there and grow, that would be seam separation. Tank is 3 years and 7 months old. Seam separation started a little over the 3 year mark. I would love to treat them for ich but the stress for the tangs would be too great at this time. The only time i see 1-2 specks is on the yellow and was when he/she was getting too aggressive with the Kole and i would rearrange territory's once a week. They have since figured it all out and i don't have to do that anymore. It would also not make much difference because of my rock. I can't keep all my rock fallow for the required time needed. I'm not sure how to do it to be honest. Thank you Jeremy! This is going to have to be my temporary solution i think. I have 2 eheim jager heaters that i trust (as much as you can trust a heater anyway) One problem i'll have to figure out is two powerheads, i messed up and have been using Jebao and one by one they fall. I replaced my return with a DCT15000 with Amazon, but this time i was smart enough to add a 4 year warranty. This is what i have been using as my main flow in this tank cranked all the way up from one from the last. I do have a smaller Tunze (can't remember the # of hand) that has never let my down that's in the tank now that will probably be enough for one tub but its on the smaller side of their line. The only other is a small korilla. I'll just have to buy another for the second tub. My clown pair and their 30 nems will stay where they are in a 40g breeder (they can't be with other's) I might have to steal their skimmer though but that's okay, water changes will take care of that. I can separate the two Radions but only have one hanging kit but i suppose i can set them on a sheet of egg crate, they both have 120° lens kits in them. If i can find a spot for them side by side i could also swap the reactor every couple days (Purigen/Phosguard This could not have come at a worse time, i was currently in the process of rebuilding/overhauling one of my racing ATV's and could not find a necessary part for, temporary insanity ensued and i emptied half my garage and shop into my home, yep, house mates were not to happy, but i found the magical part! So now I've been running around my house like a headless chicken bouncing into boxes everywhere putting them back and trying to find a spot to breakdown this tank. I'm making some progress though. Livestock: Fish x1 3'' yellow tang x1 3.5'' Kole tang x1 1.5'' Six-line x1 3'' Blue/Green reef Chromis x2 True perc clown pair (been together for around 7-8 years, they will kill the other tank mates, and are separated) x1 Harlequin shrimp Coral: 7 or so heads of green hammer (separate frags, no bigger then 3-4'' when extended. 12 Zoa colonies with 3-4 of them being about 3'' (much zoa fragging need to be done) 1 birdsnest frag 4'' 4-5'' Blastomussa colony 17 or so heads of Duncan's on a single skeleton 1 small cap 2-3'' Purple torch 2-3'' Gold torch 6-7'' green torch x2 4-5'' Trachy's 16-18 GB ultra orange Yumas (Two frags and the rest on two small 5x5'' rocks 30 Rainbow bubble tips of all sizes x1 Green Chalice, no sweepers x1 frag of 3 heads 3'' Purple tipped hammer Ich is present in the system, no infestation at all, but i'm aware it's present. I swear i'm going to get me one of those "I'm a wrasse man" shirts! I will never have a tank running again that does not have fish in it that doesn't have a specific job to do. 99% are still eye candy. With things like this yes, sometimes there is no room for sugar coatings. Sorry about that but.... Trust me, none here will or try to be harsh on you but, sometimes things needs to be driven home and get straight to a solution asap. I hope you find your solution soon and as pain-free as possible. The question if your clowns have a nem is a little important as it will make them 2-3 times as aggressive and will make it harder to add a new addition.

So very true it made my full body twitch. Also i would rather replace my clean up crew and shrimp looooong before i would want to start replacing my zoa collection any day of the week. Like i said before, be proactive and you'll be more then fine.

With prejudice. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cons: As they get bigger, even perhaps younger ones, All your inverts are in danger. Your snails, hermits and shrimp. They will flip over smaller rocks and frags hunting ALL day. Again, much like many others They, like all Wrasses can be a candidate for a jumper. Require's a sand bed. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- One of the next ones i would semi-suggest would be a Six-line. Pros/Cons to a Six-line? Pros: Does not require a sand bed. Once woken up and climbs out of his/her mucus sleeping bag somewhere in the rock work goes on the hunt ALL day long and never stops hunting. Has a mouth so incredibly small IMO is a excellent candidate for the newly hatched nudi's from egg clusters (if they develop as taste for them) that might be viewed as a pod at that point. Any potential red planaria flatworm problem will not have a chance. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cons: Absolutely a crazy aggressive fish, but fish, much like ourselves are individual's and can behave completely different then their counterpart. I've had two Six-lines at different times, 1st was very subtle, submissive and peaceful. The second, when one of my Tangs decides to issue a "challenge" by preforming a 180 degree turn to present his tail/scalpel (aggressive gesture) The Six-line simply turns around and squares off basically saying "Do it! I'll mess your world up" Six-lines have been known to have the ability/aggression to kill a fish 3-4 times it's size. Their attitude and appetite is very hit or miss. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When it comes to your clowns, i would be more worried about any new addition before i would be worried about them (although a certain Six-line has been know to actually kill a Picasso clown pair). Clownfish belong to the pomacentridae family which are Damselfish. Very aggressive family. My two true percula's have killed about 7-8 of my fish over the years. They are now in a dedicated tank. To illustrate another view, say you want a shoal of 15 Blue/Green reef Chromis, Rule of thumb, Buy and QT 30 of them, and you might end up with ten or so in the end that figured it out, The rest will kill each other off. If do decide to setup QT for wrasses, most need a sand bed to sleep at night and use for cover if frightened. Get a couple nice pest free pieces of live rock and a rectangular Tupperware (showing my sad age lol ) container with 2.5-3'' of sand in it and stick it next to the rock. If you're going to treat with any meds, just use well seeded filter media "filter floss" or something like that. I'm just kind of thinking out loud at this point, we all want to see you get through this with minimal damage and some of these guys/pests you don't want to give them an inch. If you need a tank let me know, i'm sure i got something suitable.

One of the best things i was taught in this hobby is the act of "proactiveness" You literally can't keep an eye on them and see how it goes... These monsters are laying eggs at a near constant rate IMO. Look for these And start siphoning out as many as possible now, most of our night critters will response very quickly to a normal flashlight and you'll be lucky to even get your arm in the tank before their long gone and most of the critters we DON'T want will be out at night. Use a red led, most can't see this spectrum very well and allows us to sometimes get the drop on them. Start doing weekly dips as well. This will have No affect on the eggs though. Hence the weekly dips. Lastly, i don't know what you have for fish stock but i would suggest getting a QT setup and picking up a Yellow coris wrasse or a few other species that will help you decimate this craziness. Be pro active in everything you do in this hobby.

Good advice, as always. I was going to suggest remove it and put it into a black/dark container, get a magnifying glass and get a real good look at him. Sometimes you can use a small magnifying glass in front of the lens on your camera/phone and turn it into a "macro shot" to help i.d him better. Can always put him back in if he proves beneficial or just pleasant to look at as long as he plays nice. If you attempt to get a "cheap macro shot" he needs to be no more the an inch from the glass and it might take you a few try's before you get a good focused one. Don't get discouraged if you cant get a good focused one. It will take a few try's and a little practice/patience. Just keep adjusting the distance of the camera lens from the magnifying glass until in focus.

Yeah why mess with the recharge? It's only like 9 bucks plus just take your smartphone in with you and show them their online price and they'll match it so i only pay around 7 bucks for mine.

I don't exactly know what pic #6 is but i'm pretty sure out of both my kidneys, one should be viable. I need that piece!!
