This shim job was quite the task... It's done though. I did 30 inch shims made from 2x4's with the small shims in place where needed.

Was great meeting you Robert as well as everyone else. I'm glad I asked you about the 2 part before I left so it will get used up! I'll get those socks to the post office Monday and get them headed your way.

Painted stand and put quarter round trim on.

Seams before and after. Siliconed some aluminum corner trim that I painted black to make it look better and to reinforce the corner seals. Finished it in flat black. Before: After:

She's in and shimmed. It was harder to take apart then I thought and a couple peices cracked. I wood glued them back together and have a little finishing work to do from beating it up lol. But it's solid as a rock! I'm just worried about this extreme shimming...

Shimmed the tank and stand tonight. My floor is so slanted the right side has to be shimmed an entire inch+ will this end up being a problem? Do I need to place shims very close for stability? Thanks in advance.
