I clamped down my P and N, but tank looks boring and fish started picking each other.  So adding few new fishes, feed a bit more so fish fat belly happy then here back to square one bryopsis fighting :-).  I just hand pick them in my frag tank and here and there in dt tank when they are clumpsy ball :-)

Nice find.  I just torn down my tank rocks because of it.  It's a uphill battle and probably can't win it.

If anyone is brave to fluconazole treatment, I'd want to see document thread and long term affects.  These stupid corals take weeks for months to show decaying sign affects from any kind of treatments or changes.

I just got one yesterday from HomeDepot in Beaverton.  They have a lot in wood/logging session.

Can I take the fishes and the stump in the pic 20170119?  These are gold and some butterfly koi and pretty small so would fit well in my store tank 700gal.  I thought they were around 30 inches fishes ( or they might look small in the pic? )

But if I have time I'll get a picture tomorrow

If they are high end Japanese koi, then I will take care of them.  But like I said, I'd need to see their pic or in person.  It's too cold now to put in any pond as they will die.  The best is in late spring.  I got a tiny 700gal tank indoor that I might be able to home them for until then.

Dumb question to fallow up: how is everyone cleaning there sump? Shop Vac? A small pump?

Use a fish net to try get big debris out, then a very strong submersible pump to suck everything out from your sump to run through a filter sock to filter out dirts/debris back to your sump ( no need for big containers or big water chance ).  Repeat this process until the sump is cleaned.  

You have any pics or where can I see them?  I have 9000 gal pond for 7 years and won't place any new fishes in unless they are high quality and good looking :-)

Thank you PowderBlue.  This is what this hobby is all about.  Start/Sustain and rebuild :-).  I glued corals on the back wall, some with huge 12x6 encrusted.  These are the headache ones to take down :-(

Yes sir :-).  One of my fav of all time.  OR tort and Red dragon, love them.

A hard lesson learned, so I'd pass it around.  I got Cheato from a forum member and the next thing i know is my sump is full for red worms and my dt tank is under massive attack of eafw ( It's coincident that eafw occurred in dt, few weeks of cheato in my sump. But haven't had any for more than a year).

Red bugs, red worms, eafw, aipatsia, you name them all, could come from cheato or micro algea.  Inspect and treat it before put them into your system.

Thank you.  I figured that I would take a few shots before tearing down.  Brynosis, aiptasia, eafw, you name it all....I wave my white flag.  Time  for Bayer and vinegar these sob.

Well, also red worm imported from forum member Cheato.   Heads up for anyone looking for cheato....worms can come from there so treat well before tossing Cheato into your sump.

I do but my schedule is very odd to predict when i could make it there.  I could arrange you for a pick up at a buddy tank (Beer503) that will help the frags survival at better rate.

Dont we all need a fish room and 300gal tank and few frag tanks like Gil&Fin, do we?

If you are not stick head, you can't go wrong with this monti.  It will glow your whole tank up when the blue light kicks in.  It cost a fortune back and still now.  But you might end up having it at very PNW discount price.  Auction will be ended by Saturday 01/07/17 at 10:00pm.
