Welcome to the club. I would vote against bio balls for saltwater I have herd they just become a nitrate factory. Could be wrong but I am sure someone else will chime in about them.

allot of the new nori type products for tangs have garlic added to the dried seaweed already might look into that as well.

When I was at OIAB they had some small sample bags of there food so that you can try it out to see if the fish like it. My tang loved it.(yellow tang)

I have 4 39 watt t5 bulbs two 18k and two acentic over a 50 gallon tank. With two Koralia 750 gph and one Koralia 425. I have the Hang On Refugium with Protein Skimmer 14" from aquatraders it has the 250 gph powerhead running it. my frag has 7 polyps on it

It only took them about 30 min to open up in my tank so they are good and healthy. (rock2)

when you upload the pictures to photobucket there is a button at the top of the picture that says share there you will find the links to post to the board to show the pictures bigger.
