I found it ok. Jason was a little late because he forgot about the time change. Nice little store and a nice guy.
Thanks

Re: What places to visit in Salem?
I am sitting in front of the place right now waiting for them to open. I can't wait. I think somebody is late to work.

That is a lot of light from a tiny bulb.

So what do you guys mean by drawing straws or getting your polyp by some random draw?

I am coming up with Franklin, so if he is going to be there I will be there.

I am in that top fifty people. We could have them all shipped down here to Eugene. Either way it looks like I am going to make a trip up the Portland. Either to pick up or drop off. How many people are in the top 50 people? I will be glad to pay $5 - $10 for shipping. (cheap price for the polyp)
Thanks

So who from Eugene is going. Should we carpool, caravan or try and make it a convoy. (Pigpen this here's the Rubber Duck, it's time to put the hammer down). I have a small car and willing to drive.

I need to do the same thing with my Zenia. It is crawling to where I do not want it. I read somewhere that you can rub the "foot" with a peice of ice and it will let go on its own. I have not tried this yet. It is my project next weekend. I will let you know if it works.

I have met the requirements for this give away. I have also sent Brent a PM on their forum. We will see what happens. Where are the polyps going to be sent?

It was big. About an 1/8" across. The weby stuff coming out of it was way too much. He had to go.

I have decided to go with a sump. What is the best way to plumb it? Drill holes in the tank and hard plumb it or should I just use tubing? The other question is how big of a return pump do I need? Do I want a external pump or a submersible pump? Is there some kind of formula to figure out the pump size needed? I will have many more questions to come.
Thanks

I would love to have a bird. I know they take a lot of care and need a lot of attention. Unfortunately I am gone for about 10 to 11 hours a day. It would just not be fair to have a bird home alone for that long. IMO.

The lights are about 1 foot in length, I think they are what you would call compact?
I dont know the name brand of the unit. I didnt keep the box it came in.
For the 3rd person who said "lots of questions, no answers:
Some people have things to do. If it was really important, someone would have PM'd me & it would have sent a notice to my personal email. Since I am no longer interested in owning a SW tank, I no longer get on here to check out everyones posts.
