Unfortunately, 3d printing is a poor candidate for this. 3d printed objects are hard to make water tight. Would probably be easier to CNC one out of acrylic, but the same problem would likely exist. It's hard to machine or print barbs on nipples that small. Can you just use a zip tie on each of the tubes?
They're really small. If there was a spring clip that size it might work, but I don't know where I'd find one.

Print replacement manifolds for the Trident that has hose barbs! I'm so eff'n sick of connecting these things...

I got a 6mo supply of reagent from BRS a few weeks ago and it was frozen solid. Like took-24-hours-to-thaw frozen. Since then my readings have been total bullsh*t. Specifically Ca and Mg out of range and Alk at 5.8 (hanna and red sea say 8.6). Coincidence? Please discuss.

Very nice, clean corals. Thanks @Cobalt!

Is it any easier to borrow a saw than have a shop cut whatever you need? Seems like bringing corals to the saw is more efficient.

Just wondering if anyone is having any problems. I'm usually a late adopter on upgrades, so I haven't tried. The last one had me redo my whole schedule and it's way too late to start that **** tonight.

I used an inverted sour cream container on top of the skimmer cup with the hose coming out the top, if that makes sense.
How much surface agitation do you have? That makes a pretty big difference too.

These giveaways are always fun whether you win or not. Great job lining up the prizes. Congrats to the winners!

Congrats! I got excited by an extra shipment... but it ended up just being a $10 off card mailed separately for some reason [sad trombone].

I'm into that purple stylo if it hasn't been claimed already.

Hey Jeff, is there a meter available tomorrow?
-
If not does anyone have an extra bag? I have to leave town on Wednesday so shipping isn't an option.
-
Neve you sent the unit off for it's periodic maintenance? The instructions say to keep the box for maintenance shipping, but I never hear anyone talk about the process.

Just got one. Really nice build. First thing I've bought that's 3D printed, feels really solid and fits tightly with the mounting bracket. Got it with the reef jerky which seems to be going over well.

Here's a link to the BRS page

I'm going to make a 60x32" plywood tank because I have some glass left over from the last plywood tank I built.

I have a Red Sea emax 260 I'm looking to sell soon-ish as I build out a bigger tank. 69g tank with stand and sump, new plumbing and screen top, and 2 built in power heads. $400.

Oooh, I like that. I ordered some some 3mm spring clips off Amazon for a couple bucks. I suspect they wont fit in the allotted space. If that doesn't work I'm into getting this printed.
