I'm in the Portland area. I think I may get some pulsing from Markdadof2. I hope it stays attached. If fell in love with the "red sea pulsing" but couldn't get the frags to stay attached(sad). I don't think the "must have" feeling is gonna go away on this one. So I'm destined to keep trying

I have bought and lost...:eek: floated away really 4 nice frags. I used methods, glue,pin, and tooth pick. A few have said it "is" in the tank and will attach some where. I can't find any of them and would like to get another if some one can tell me were & just how to KEEP them attached. Yes I heard "weed" used but I really love them. Any ideas would be great

I have a 150 gl. Acrylic using t-5 lights and 45 gl. sump/fug. I keep the house around 70 all year long. I loose maybe 2 qts a day. I'm calling me lucky after reading other posts.

I feed both ways when time allows. Some times I trun off the power heads and give the coral a direct shot of food while the fish chase food. Some of the time I hand feed nori with the fans off. Busy with life I just feed with no changes

I am rehoming 4 zebra finches with cage. 1 Male 3 females. Was a mated pair, I didn't remove the baby girls. Only to good home. Very easy to care for but can send a fair amount of seed hulls out of the cage. Beckie

Went to the " Big Island" Hawaii. The carmera is a Cannon, you can grab and shoot or use manual settings. I have not developed the cheap under water yet. I Love to snorkel. Not enough guts to try scuba.

I would have stay with the watching...... would have to know the out come, yep I hate bad endings in movies too.

I have a bl spotted gobie that is eating and spitting out snails and last night ate a shrimp. Yes I do feed (laugh) If this keeps up I may need to borrow a fish trap. Beckie

I have purchased 3 different frags of Pulsating xenia. I have gluded with "IC-Gel" , super glue, pined to the rocks and all have floated to unknown places never to be seen again. Crazy I know but I love it. How do I get it to attatch. Thanks

It is to bad but Reefhut is leaving the hobby for now. I bought a few things from him. He was very pleasant and informative. I use this site as a source though. I am sure I will meet many more friendy folks. Beckie

Good R/O unit for sale on this site... by "Reefhut" well worth the investment and very handy to have your own.... no traveling and less lugging and you know when filter changes were made.

I could never wait out the 6 mths. After reading and gathering all the hardware I bought live rock, got sand and some water from an aged tank. Tested daily and at the end of week 2 every thing settle in with great readings. I then added some zoos and a few soft corals. Every thing is doing great. Lots of great advise here, keep reading and learning

I use "Kent" started using it when I started. Works great, reasonable price and I don't suplement. sold at Souta's and Rose City

Any opinions on sea cucumbers? Thinking about getting one to keep the sand clean. I have read that they can poison the tank though. Crabs & snails just arn't getting the job done. (scratch)
