There are alot of variables...Tank depth,water quality,ballast,reflectors, ect. What fixture where you using? I Love my t5's, Never had a problem keeping anything. I have 8 over my 120, and 4 over my 60 frag tank

If you get the sunpower fixture with 2 ATI Blue Plus, 1 ATI Aquablue and a UVL Actinic White lamp, Im pretty sure you can keep clams,and sps. And it will look good too!

I always order my bulbs from reefgeek.com, they have good pricing and good shipping rates...They sell giessman also. I like giessman but ATI's blue plus has better par. Both are a good choice. Check out the RC t5 section for sure, lots of good info!

ATI Blue plus bulbs are my favorite t5... I have 5 of them in my 8 lamp fixture. They have a nice blue color and still have really good par ratings.

Here is my Frag rack! Has been in service for over a year now An old mag float, egg crate and some super glue!

+1 on the ones on the bottom of the frag! They will take over the colony and the whole side of the tank in a few months! But a nice piece for the price! I would get rid of the ones that are on the bottom before they become a pain in the @$$!
