just saw this thread. im in the same boat i have 3 differant ares where zoas got on the rocks and there not pretty and i want em gone. ive tried kalk paste with ok results before the best start for me was taking tweezers and pulling whatever i can off, but sadly a few little scraps got free and started growing somewhere else months later.lol. leme know if you come up with a winning solution.
ok glass is filthy no substrate lack of powerheads and no permanent hung light oh and half the stock is still in the display(whistle). but heres a teaser. i decided to stray from the traditional frag racks and did my own thing, theres tons of room for frags(plotting)i could prob add one more wrap around rack aswell.
hard to get a pic of this one. recently the orange has come outa nowhere and theres rings around each eye, its amazing, and that super bight green area showed up, and it has teal and purple. i dunno crazy piece
i saw that stuff and thought. wow aquarium bling.it would take 4 ever for the racks to be solid coraline in my tank. i had that last one in my tank for like 4-5 months and not 1 dot on it.
i made up all my frag racks last night and got them painted black. i just think there more aesthetically pleasing black.got the racks in tonight. coming this weekend substrate powerheads and pics.
