  1. Steve thanks for the great frag. It's already looking good in my tank! I still can't believe how crazy nice that old frag i gave you! Looks nothing like the original one!

You bet Randy, Thanks for the Hammer Coral definitely one of the brightest greens I've seen!

Looked for you at meeting but no luck

Dang, that's two bad, I asked around also. Still have it if you want it

    Steve

  2. would love to try a piece (at meeting?) I've got an anthilia rock that needs a home (fist sized' date=' maybe?), or red palys or the oh-so-wonderful fuzzy red mushrooms. that's all that comes to mind, but I can look for more when I get home. no cash avail, sorry.[/quote']

sounds good, how about a red paly

  3. There is a build thread where Rick made one and I think the bottom and sides extended past the back panel to form the overflow box. If you removed the back panel and cut it down I'm not sure you could "hang" a overflow box on the back with silicone. You could add a panel a few inches from the back to create an overflow box but that would cut down on the size of the tank

  4. I dont have any thing to trade but I would love to get a frag I could give you $10 if that sounds fair =)

You are down for a piece

Steve i would love a piece' date=' I have some neon hammer, normal hammer, ton of normal frog spawn and some neon green leather (could be Tryee, green enough but nothing official).[/quote']

neon Hammer sounds good Pm sent

  5. Weldon 16 would be a better choice' date=' but you'll get some crazing from the 16, just beware[/quote']

I have never heard of or experienced "crazing" from weldon in all the years I have used it ??

  6. For the baffle in the sump you could get away with silicone, for any support or brackets you will need Weldon #16, you might find it at home depot with the acrylic or check tru value or another hardware store that sells acrylic

  7. Are you talking about the algae on the viewing surfaces, I have had Coraline turn green on the back of my tank before and the turn back to pink. On the front and sides along with the green fuzz I have always had the little hard brown spots, the longer you wait the more they multiply and I do have to use a scraper to get it off, always had it.

  8. Returns you can do over the top, that link is the durso, pretty simple, as you can see in the picture the pipe size is larger than the bulkhead, like 3/4 to 1". you need a T, a 90 (forget what it's called, has a female on one end and male on the other) and a cap then just follow the picture. Look at the height and try a few different heights before you glue or don't glue at all

  9. I would cut a piece of acrylic, put some teeth at the top and silicone it across the corner. You could just use a stand pipe with a durso and a filter but it will attract stuff and need to be cleaned often, would look nicer if you didn't see the drain pipe.
