That's a nice looking little tank, should keep you going for a while!. The LEDs sure fit in there well and the light looks good

Some of the LFS or employees do tank maintenance, that's what we do when we travel. The kids feed and check the tank but I have someone come by and test, clean, filter socks, etc once a week

Yep, the ole water bottles work wonders, i remember doing that in the garage even with a chiller while the transition tank was out there during the remodel and new tank build. I finally figured out it was my wifes car when she came home from work and parked in the garage would raise the temp about 20 degrees so i had to ask her to park outside for the summer until the remodel and tank was done, that went over real well!

I raised my chiller up to 80 for the summer, how's everyones tank temp doing? If you get into a bind let me know I still have my old chiller sitting in the garage, it just needs a pump from the sump back in to run it.

If you look at most hoods over 24"d tanks they are about 12-14" high, that seems to work for all MH lights. I had 3-175w and 2-400w over my 180 which was 72"x24"x24"h

I like it, I'm going to start one in the tank room for the same reason!

I'll bet that was cool to see, great video. When I have had them spawn the babies end up back in the overflow and have lasted several days, fun to watch
