Mike: Thank you so much for the advices. I wish I knew all that before making my purchase. I was going by look of the jawline in the store; that didn't work out so well.

$10 - Bangaii cardinal - I bought a pair which turned out to be both males (I think); they started fighting; this one is a little beaten up but is eating frozen mysis. Free if you buy both derasa and percs.

The maxis aren't as aggressive as I thought; they're actually quite gentle! My clam fell off the rock and I found it sitting right next to the anemones. It's been two days and the clam don't seem to be affected at all.

That's ok Frank, I'll take the whole thing! lol

I'm looking for the ora red planet, nice clam, red or rainbow colored acan, or maybe rare zoos.

The one up for trade is in the foreground; it opens up to at least 4 inches in diameter.

Hey Frank! How have you been? Tanks ARE like crack...lol...I have two tanks (the other one is freshwater setup with just cardinal shrimp) going in corvallis even though I told myself no more! I bet your tank is sweet looking; would love to see some pics!

Just for fun, these aren't saltwater but they're just as colorful; they're like mini red fire shrimp.

Some new pics! The pair of maroon clowns have been traded; the perculas are nice but seem a little retarded; they don't go any where near the anemones; hopefully they'll figure it out eventually.

My maxi carpets arrived today! the vendor sent me a wrong one though; the green's suppose to be purple and pink.

I just got them from my brother; i assume they've spawned before, if not they're about to I think, they dug a huge pit in my tank; I was told that's spawning behavior.

I'm sick of the biting while trying to work in the tank! $50 for the pair; they're gorgeous! the male isn't in the picture but he's about 1/3 her size; will also consider trading for nice corals. I'll be up in portland tomorrow; i'm taking them to the store if I can't a find taker this weekend.

Hi everyone!

I just couldn't stay away from the reef hobby any longer...I'm back with another 29 gal setup. This system isn't entirely new; the tank is brand new; rocks/sand and the pair of maroon are from my brother's tank. It's been running for two days now and the clowns are pissing me off; they're stirring the stand constantly and made a huge hole under the rocks. I really need to add an anemone to the tank to hopefully get them to stop that. Anyway, here's some info about the set up: 29 gal biocube, CurrentUSA 150w hqi with radium 20k, aquaticlife 115 skimmer, jbj nano-glo for chaeto in the middle chamber. The only in habitants in the tank at the moment are the clowns, maxima clam, and some snails/hermits; more are coming in tomorrow from bluezooaquatics!

I'm looking for a large gbta and a rbta. Let me know if you have one or both you'd like to sell may consider a lta or carpet too if it's colorful enough.

Hi Steve! I'm not completely back yet. My brother left a bunch of fish at my parents' place and they look so sad swimming in just water and rock. I stopped by Upscales to look for some corals to spice up the tank; that was a mistake!!! Now I want my own reef tank again. How's your tank doing? Do you still have the white xenia? I may be hitting you up for some later.
