    Snails Dying

What does this starfish look like? Do you have a picture of him? Do you dose iodine into your system regularly? Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  2. (laugh) I can see the resemblance now. Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  3. (laugh) I liked this one in particular. Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  4. Tonight's game was amazing! It's games like this that make me proud to be a Blazer fan. I've got a feeling that we just might be able to make this. Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  5. YAY! I'll finally get to see your tank! Can't wait to see it when it's all set up. Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  6. I agree with you whole heatedly Sir. GO BLAZERS!(clap) Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  7. I've never seen any real fungus attacking corals in my experience my dad may know of something. There are definitely different bacterias that can attack and kill SPS though. Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  8. Lol, I'm still waiting my friend. Your welcome anytime. Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  9. I think you and the "guy" have too much spare time to come up with such a ridiculous accusation. That's what's humorous.(laugh) Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  10. No we actually bought them from a vendor in LA that brings in wild corals. Quit looking for a argument, and spreading false information. Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  11. I'll leave it at this, we have raised the "Purple People Eaters" for about 6-7 years now among other various zoas and palythoas in our collection. They grow much faster than a oregon tort in my opinion. Maybe you aren't able to grow them as well as we do, I'm not sure. Everyone has different techniques. Some work better than others.
  12. They look pretty darn similar to me, might be a lighting difference. 10k vs 20k brown tips vs bluish tips Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  13. Do you have it under high flow?
  14. I'm not sure why you intend on beating a old drum. They've all been 1inch to 1inch and a half frags since we've been selling them. I've been in the shop since I was a kid and I have a pretty good idea of what all of our frag sizes are since I've been helping out there for years. If you wish to keep posting false information go ahead, I wish to defend myself against such false information as I have the right to. Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  15. Lol, thanks Beckie. I'm glad you liked them so much. I think the only reason why they got so popular all of a sudden was because some guy named "Tubs" or whatever put his name on them this year even though we've been growing them for 6-7 years now. Go figure. Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  16. Results are in the eye of the beholder for this argument. Too many variables to make a clear case on any side. We use bioballs in every system, come into our store and check our tanks out. Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  17. Once again they've always been 1inch to 1inch and a half. Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  18. They were actually much bigger than that. They always have been 1inch to 1.5 inches in size. It was only for about a year as well. We currently sale them for $38.00 a frag at the same size as above. The difference quite honestly was that there wasn't that much out there, and it was a extremely slow grower. Plus we weren't in a such a messed up situation with the economy. It's a completely different situation. Zoanthids and palythoas on the other hand grow extremely fast, and I'd say they should at least get more than a few polyps for that price not just one. I hope you can understand that. Otherwise I'd say your just looking for a argument while presenting false facts. Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  19. Umm, ok. But, if the price on your site is $99.00 for "X zoa" and even higher on another site they're going to bid it all the way up to $99.00 anyways, or just barely under. Failed logic.DOH! Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  20. Thank you sir. Thank you very much. Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  21. I think it's ridiculous that anyone should have to pay 30-100 dollars for a single polyp of zoanthids or palythoas. They grow quite fast, and I really think that is just taking advantage of people. (flame) Just my .02 cents. Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  22. Thank you for the compliments, it was a pleasure talking with you and your wife yesterday as well. I'm glad that you were happy with everything, I believe this is the only way it should be when coming to any store. How are those corals doing, that Pink Fungia you picked up was amazing. Just about the the pinkest one we've ever received. In fact, when we originally saw it we almost couldn't believe it and thought that it would lighten up a little in color once put under our lighting. Not a single pigment out of place though! I look forward to your next visit when you get the chance. You and your wife are exceptionally nice people, not to mention that you both have very good taste for corals in my opinion. Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
  23. Yeah, the Wet Spot IS AMAZING if you like freshwater fish. It's definitely worth the drive. Ricky Soutas Jr. -Soutas Saltwater & Reef Inc.-
