  1. Since there is no place for forum questions for feedback this is going in here. Does one person really need 11 threads on the first page of the classifieds? I am selling many things and have tried to keep them to a single thread to allow more people to have the opportunity to get their thread seen as well. But flooding the forum with posts not only moves other people's off the page, but then starts a bumping war with people trying to get their own items seen.
  2. dropped prices. Make some offers please I need to get this out of the condo asap.
  3. page 2 bump. Please people. I am moving, this needs to be gone.
  4. Bump! My prices are low already, but make some offers people, I need this out of my house ASAP!
  5. I've got the Tunze Osmolator setup all ready to go, you will need to buy a new pump however - but all the electronics work perfectly. New pumps cost <$25 (http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_ViewItem~idProduct~TZ4115.html) - $100 A big bucket of fiji mud for your fuge. $10 HOB Fuge - http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_ViewItem~category~CPR_AquaFuge_2_Hang_on_Refugium__Small_Saltwater_Aquarium_Fish__Coral___Reef_Supplies_Saltwater_Aquarium_Refugiums___Sumps_Hang_On_Refugiums___Sumps~vendor~CPR~SearchStr~refugium~action~view~idProduct~CR1721~idCategory~FIRFEB.html New $140, $50 from me. Comes with light. Also have a 24gpd RO unit. Currenly is set up where I can screw it onto a shower head seeing as I have no place for a dedicated unit. New membrane and media about 3 months ago. $50 Also still have corals, live rock, that I need to get rid of. No photos at the moment, too busy packing to do that. All items OBO
  6. http://www.sea-monkey.com Hollywood Aquariums in Lake Oswego seemed to have them a lot of the time.
  7. I have rock - not looking to trade for anything other than cash though. Give me a call if you want to come see/get some.
  8. interlaced versus progressive scanning. http://reviews.cnet.com/1080i-vs-1080p-hdtv/ And as mentioned, it depends on the size of your TV and video source.
  9. the difference is more than a 2x increase in the resolution! 720p is 1280x720 = 921,600 pixels 1080p is 1920x1080 - 2,073,600 pixels.
  10. bump - someone please take this off my hands - I'm moving and need it gone! Make an offer I can't refuse. Still have the mud, hang on refugium, etc.

    SPS help, please?

I meant up by two more dkh. I never used PurpleUp - so I can't comment on that. But look into a two part solution to get things up, then use as required.

    SPS help, please?

try to get your CA and alk up a little more 2dkh for alk and about 60 more for CA. the kalk is good for helping to maintain the levels once you get there, not as helpful for raising them though.
  13. Except, that 52" is likely only 720p, the 42 is made by Polaroid, curiously no model numbers are shown - and it's wal-mart which is like dealing with the devil, or at the very least local business killers.
  14. Bump! Reactor + co2 + free bonus = $200.
  15. Yes, you can play DVDs on a blu-ray player. It will even attempt to upscale them to near HD quality.
  16. remember that's 5" diagonal - so it's quite a bit. My suggestion is to take some paper/cardboard and cut out the sizes you're thinking and tape them to the wall or something, then sit where you think you might be in relation to that to look at sizes. You will never walk away saying "This is too big, I wish I went smaller."
  17. I was happy with the $800 off my tv from video only
  18. Only if you have an HD tv with 1080p, and a receiver that can do the high resolution sound. It's a waste on standard def TVs.
  19. Rather than brave the crowds I just went to video only last weekend and bought a 52" LG LCD with 120Hz processing, 1080p (52lg70 is the model)- currently at bestbuy for 2299, Circuitcity for 2099, I got it with delivery for 1600. WAY better than the crowds, and a very VERY good deal. For me LCD was a good option - better at reducing glare thanks to the matte screen rather than glass that plasma uses, brighter thanks to the backlight, and almost 1/3 of the power consumption of plasma.
  20. Heh - thanks Thought I'd rub it in people faces a bit for doubting the corals The ones who came out left impressed I'll say that much. I hope that frogspawn opens up for you - it's gorgeous when it expands.
  21. CooL! Your lighting is way better than what I was running, so it's not much of a surprise I bet you're glad you took the chance even though my pics were dark - sucks to be everyone else!!! I'll be around this evening for a bit - let me know if you want to swing by. I don't know the name off the top of my head, but what I have should at least help you get the mag back up in the short term.
  22. I told you to check your mag I'll sell ya my test kit (well over 3/4 still unused) and my leftover mag and kalk/whatever else I have for a good price I also have an elos No3 test kit.

    Chalice photos!!!!!!!

Dang, where'd you get that one? I bet whoever had it also had some more great corals for sale.
  24. Unfortunately for the original buyer an unforeseeable accident brought the two Undata's back onto the market, fortunate for anyone else who may have wanted them. one is a true Tyree that I got from Randy, the other a larger piece. $50 each.
  25. BumP! Dropped the prices down significantly. Also have other items for sale... * Fiji Mud - about 3/4 of bucket left. Great for the 'fuge. $10 * Small CPR hang on back fuge. This is in use so give me some notice to empty it out $50 Still have a lot of corals from the other thread. Come on over and check them out! I'll try to update photos tomorrow evening for brighter, more accurate shots! I'll be at the house Friday evening 6-8pm for viewing and also Saturday am 10-noon or so. So let me know if you want to come on by and see what's what.
