I always thought that Newb is a polite term for a newbie, and Noob is a derogatory term for someone new that is annoying. Very different.
Much like there are "Freshmen" and there are "9th graders." The freshmen are annoying, and the 9th graders are the same age, but are able to act more mature. FWIW, I know some kids that are graduating that are still "freshmen"

Dude. I sent you a PM. You have shared the love enough that some should be shared back to you. Come over and pick out a few heads of Euphyllia from my tank.
You may just go home with a couple extra Euphyllia for the share the love forum.

Neon Green Montipora $5 it has about 5 heads
The last pic looks more like a goniopora than a montipora... I was wondering about the "5 heads" because montis are not normally sold that way.

Read this:

I have potassium permanganate that I can give you/your friend. Next time you are in Portland, you can swing by Oregon City and I can give you a couple of treatments of the stuff. Send me a PM. If you pay shipping, I can probably even put some in a flat rate postal box and send it wherever.
I had montipora eating nudibranchs (two or three times) and zoa eating nudibranchs once.
With enough dips and treatments they can be defeated!!!

I don't care what it does until next week. Summer vacation sucks when it is raining.

I believe that I read somewhere that bacteria use 16 nitrate for every 1 phosphate. Therefore, a little phosphate in the water will still work on reducing a lot of nitrate.
GFO is still a useful tool in the fight to keep nutrients down.

I have two branching cyphastrea, and three different encrusting cyphastrea. These are all in my 75g with a 6 x 54w TEK light.
Of the branching type, I got one from Rose City about a year ago. I did not know it was a branching one then, because it was encrusted over a frag plug. But now it is putting up a whole bunch of branches that are about 1/4 to 1/2 inch tall now. The other one I just got from Upscales about a month ago. It is a single branch encrusting over a golf tee. I have not had the chance to break it off the tee and mount it in my tank yet.
I would say it would be worth it to drive to portland and get a couple of different corals from the different stores rather than buy from Drs. F&S. I don't have anything against them, but I paid $15 from Rose City, and the one I got from Upscales was in the 3 for $40 tank... Even with paying $30 for gas for the trip, you would still be saving money.

Mine is in the tank, but I have not checked it out since it went in. Been busy with the family watching movies.

Ya. It was 12:52. I hit the refresh button, and nothing new came up... Completely serious.
Then I posted that and about 10 new posts showed up...
Jon and I live about 2 blocks away from each other. If you work something out with him then also give him mine at the same time.
