  1. I saw a post asking for help with housing fish until power comes back.

I have a 20g and 10g already setup for qt that are empty.

if you need help feel free to message me and I can hold your fish corals if need be.

  2. I am selling my Nanobox hybrid with all the extra components. The bluefish controller had an issue and I just replaced with the gen 2. All led's are working perfectly and no issues what so ever.

When the controller failed I replaced it with hydra's and don't have any need for it, but still replaced the controller to make sure everything was working without issue.

I had Nanobox replace one row of t5's with 4 more arrays of blue leds leaving 2 t5's for supplemental lighting.

    Full list:

1 nanobox hybrid with all needed equipment
    2 extra led driver boards
    1 extra power supply
1 extra bluefish controller, may be repairable but I replaced it.

Asking $500 for everything. original retail was $1200 without replacement parts.

I have a couple 13up NB boards on a passive heatsink that I was using as a light bar on a 4x24 ATI years ago. I was running the whites off of a 350ma meanwell and the blues off of a 700ma. Easy way to run them without a controller.

I’d be happy to walk you through wiring them up if you decide to go that route.

That would be awesome. Could you message me your number? Thank you.

Have a few frags I would be willing to give as a thank you.

  4. The controller is toast as far as I can tell. Strong smell of ozone coming off of it when I pulled the whole unit apart. The controller board doesn't light up so no way to get the imp card to respond. When I opened up to get to the boards it is an absolute rats nest of wiring so I am going to have to take all the boards out and try to get it organized before I can even start to figure it out.

Dave is out completely as far as I can find because Nanobox has shuttered their doors as of end of 2020. I'm also searching for the Nanobox array v3.1 but nobody has any left. More or less owners are left to kind of figure it out on their own.

I have a another bluefish controller inbound, hopefully, and am going to just multi meter test everything to find the fault that caused the original to meltdown then fingers crossed.

I am not proficient in wiring led's so not sure if I can find it and prevent another meltdown.

Definitely sticking to larger brands since I have had one problem after another with this light.

  5. I have a nanobox led hybrid light and it failed to power up the led's today. After some testing I think its the bluefish mini controller but am not good enough with testing to know for sure. All led drivers power up without issue but no power to the controller as far as I can tell.

Does anyone have suggestions on someone that may be able to help? Happy to pay help.

  6. If you have a spare 40g breeder, I am looking to rebuild my sump and want to hot swap it with my current 40g breeder.

An Acrylic tank of close to the same dimensions works as well.

Don't care about the looks just that it isn't chipped and holds water.

    Thanks,

    JR

  7. Asking 165 for a mp10qd with WiFi. Its in great shape and runs silent. I think I replaced the wetside about a year ago because the old one was starting to make a bit of noise. Happy to turn it and on let you check it out.

I am upgrading tanks and they won't work on that thick of acrylic.

currently only selling 1 but will have another available as soon as I break down the current tank.

    Thanks,

    JR

  8. It been in my tank for about 2 years and has reached a point where it to large. When fully open in size it about the size of a soccer ball or just slightly smaller. I want to make space for other corals, but don't want to brake it apart. It could be cut into about 10 different heads ranging from a single circle to a piece about 8" long. I feed it LRS twice a week.

I am terrible at pictures so couldn't get the pink rims to show.

Asking $200 obo or trade for other LPS's

  9. I am knocking back my monti's to make room for my rarer acros and have a bunch of pieces that I want to get out of my tank but feel bad tossing.

They will be 3-5" in size each and will have plenty of each variety.

I am happy to give them to a new reef keeper or if you have something you wouldn't mind giving me in exchange I would be happy to trade.

Please text me at 541six02 two474. I am bad a checking the forum regularly.
