kilmca Posted February 2, 2009 Share Posted February 2, 2009 Oceanpure salt 200 gallon mix of Oceanpure for $49(not in a bucket). Not sure how good the salt is since I never used it but from what i've read online it's not bad. Soutas uses it in their tanks, can't be all that bad. Anyone have experience with this brand? Michael7979 Posted February 2, 2009 Share Posted February 2, 2009 I used OceanPure for awhile. I personally had no problems with the salt. There was a reported batch that had a high DkH, around 13. Then I got hooked up with Kent do to it being available to me where I was working P/T. I like Kent better but both seemed equally good to me with my limited use of OceanPure. Nyles Posted February 2, 2009 Share Posted February 2, 2009 This is about right, the reef salt I got was right at that price per bucket, I had it shipped in (no charge) but Albany offered me the same deal if I pre payed. Not sure if the same deal applies, this of course does not apply to walk in purchase but pre order. I think we where going to order 12 buckets.
