high alkalinity and low ca

I just check my ca level, 250 and alkalinity 22. what is the safe way to fix this problem. I don't have a ca reactor set up yet. I've been supplement the tank with A and B solutions. I also use pH buffer too. I just changed 30% water last week. Should I do another water change?

Slowly adding ca will bring ca up and alk down.I use Kent Turbo Cal.

If you add calcium, be prepared for a snow storm of precipitated calcium carbonate. It should not affect anything, but it will make your tank cloudy for a while. This will lower the alk.

 

Any type of calcium chloride should do the trick.
