  7. Hi all, I'm planning to build a new tank 200-250 G, depending on the weight bearing capacity on my floor, above the daylight basement. Please recommend a good tank dimension for a location against a wall, ie 6Ft X 30'' X 24'' or other better dimension? I want to have a 4Ft X 4 Ft X24'', walk around but afraid the weight maybe too much for the floor to bear. The tank will be acrylic 1'' thick. Does anyone know someone who can do weight assessment on a floor? I just want to make sure the weight is appropriate before I decide what tank size I can build. Thanks in advance for any advice. Sonny
  8. What's the dimension? Acrylic right? How thick? I'd like to see it but at Disneyland until next sat. If you haven't sold by then I'll come by to see. Is the rubbermaid available? What's the dimension ? Thanks

    Best Equipment!

it'd nice to have a concensus for different equipment category: ie pump, skimmer, lighting, etc.
  11. is there a warranty on it? is it easy to fly it?
  12. thanks for sharing the reef.diesys link. It's an amazing set up. How do I get in touch with Jose D. from that link? He didn't post email. I plan to use his tank model to build my new tank. The set up is too complicated. Can one set up a simpler system for a mixed sps/lps tank? I also emailed James at Envision but haven't got an answer back.
  13. Thank you everyone for the recommendations
  14. I'll be there 1-2 adults with 2 kids.
  15. I'm planing to get a new tank 180-200G since my 100G is getting tight for SPS and LPS, fish. RO/DI 3. calcium reactor 4. protein skimmer 5. seaswirl vs. Vortech or both I'm think of doing a square tank, walking around it. Or a three sided tank. any suggestion on the most simple plumbing sysem and design Any suggestion on who can build a high end tank, stand and canopy? Thank you for your suggestions.
  16. Can you take a picture of the whole tank. What's the dimension? Is acrylic?
  17. Can you deliver it? Can I use for a reef tank?
  18. You'll need time, money, and passion for it. It'll be hard to do I without them.
  19. What time can I come tomorrow? How do I contact you?
  20. I'm so tempted to get your tank. I like the tank set up. I have a 100g tank already buy looking for a bigger one. Can I come see it?
  21. I had to compress these pictures to web large size in order for uploading. So the quality is not very good. I'll try to take more pictures when the tank has full lighting. Hard to take picture with a macro lens, losing resolution if there is minmal motion.
  22. No that's the oregon blue tort. I got a frag from Isaac less than a year ago. Very slow growing piece.
