Flash21
I recently bought a used tank and curious on what steps I should take to polishing a turd? I bought Novus 1-2-3 system… I’m very familiar with polishing rigs so I understand a tiny on detail/polishing/ceramic coatings. Should I wet sand? Thanks for any advice
Manny Tavan
You have to wet sand if there are scratches. Polish alone won’t take scratches out

Manny Tavan
Deep scratches? If so I would start 400 for those. Then 800 1000 2000
Manny Tavan
After 2000 grit you use the novice 3/2/1

Manny Tavan
Now technically you could leave the inside alone after 2000 grit. Because of the water, you won’t get additional clarity from doing novas. I would only do novus to the outside
