Saltfishlover
So I've noticed these small white disks looking things. They are not the small feather dusters that spiral, but are about th same size. I can't get a good picture to post here. These almost look like they are hollow shaped like a scallop but uber tiny and all over my glass. They have popped up in just the last few days. Wish I could get a clear picture to show, but I hope someone here may have an idea Edited December 5, 2020 by Saltfishlover Added photo
Micah
Sounds like vermetids or spirobid snails. If they are small and white, they are likely the latter and are fairly harmless. Impossible to get rid of in my experience.
Saltfishlover
Definitely not vermetid. I've had them in the past. These are smooth oval , tiny like vermetid, but no obvious lines like spirobid and seem like hollow. I'll try using wife's phone for a better pic

xmas_one
Do you have nerite snails? If so, that’s what the eggs look like.
Saltfishlover
I think so, not striped tho. Is it normal for these to be all over and not in big clumps?
xmas_one
Yeah, they kind of cruise around and drop them wherever.
