OK, enough with the double entendres.

 

I recently bought some live rock from reefgeek84, and not only was he an awesome host (excellent brownie sir!), but the rock's beautiful and I got some really nice pieces. His cube with the dimming halides is beautiful, too!

You may want to check out with the manufacturer of the bulb to see if there is a burn in time for the bulb before you dim it. Flourescent lamps for example need to be burned in for 100 hours min without being turned off before dimming or it drastically shortens the life of the lamp.
