wegotjs
I would like to get a small-med sized reef and inv. safe wrasse. Which ones are less aggressive. I've had the 6-line in the past and they are just top much of a pest to the other fish. Give me your idea's? Jon
Holly
Here are a few that're relatively hardy, smallish, not excessively expensive, and considered peaceful: http://www.marinedepotlive.com/carpenters-fairy-wrasse---paracheilinus-carpenteri-fish--wrasses.html http://www.marinedepotlive.com/green-wrasse---halichoeres-chloropterus-fish--wrasses.html http://www.marinedepotlive.com/painted-fairy-wrasse---cirrhilabrus-solarensis-fish--wrasses.html http://www.marinedepotlive.com/red-parrot-fairy-wrasse---cirrhilabrus-rubripinnis-fish--wrasses.html Good luck! JeffP
FYI - Rose City Aquarium has some VERY pretty and VERY VERY reasonably priced wrasses. I saw some Velvet Wrasse, Ornate (Xmas) Wrasse, Red-Tailed (similar to the tamarin, or might even be the same), some fairy wrasse's....and all at the best prices I've seem these things go for. H20cooled
The Carpenter's Flasher Wrasse that Holly posted in the first link are awesome, I had 6 of them in my tank and they were always eating pests and out swimming around. The best part is you can keep them in larger groups with no problems.
jptrson
I just got a possum wrasse, very cool , but a bit shy. And the McCockers's flasher wrasse is very awsome!

R-3
I second the carpenters flasher wrasse. I had one for about 6 months and then it jumped (sad) Was a really beautiful well mannered fish. Later Ryan

wegotjs
I'm going to let the wife look through them and choose the right one . Then it just depends on finding one. It never fails that when you are looking for a certain one it is the one you can't seem to find.
