Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Schedule 80 is way over kill to plump an aquarium. But, I have had to buy a couple schedule 80 fittings because I just couldn't find them in 40. Most if not all 40 and 80 should be interchangeable. What are you trying to adapt?
Cor4eyh
Ok so after further investigation it's not that I need schedule 80 or 40 it's that I need metric does Home Depot sell metric as well? spectra
Ditch the Chinese crap and go with just the normal sch 40 US stuff. HD or Lowes has all that you are after.

BoringDave
You have to get bulkhead fittings from a local aquarium shop. Depending where you live I know ocean in a box had some in stock the last time I was there. also seahorse aquarium supply I got a 1/2" one from not to long ago. matt
As far as I know schedule 40 and schedule 80 PVC pipe is nominal. Meaning the OD is the same. Only the ID changes. So schedule a tee should fit in schedule 40 parts and vice versa. sent from a Samsung note
