Re_Run
looks like a mini-maxi would need better pics to say what it is
Jeffreyg
I'll have to try when the lights go on I have not figured out how to take good pictures since I got the radium The only difference is where it's brown in that picture it's all purple. Derbird
+1 on a better picture Sand anemone usualy have long tentacles. It could be if it was mad and drawn in but from the pic it looks like my hairy mushrooms (nono). Does it have a red base?
Jeffreyg
No it doesn't have a red base . It's cream color I have two other nems in the tank a rbta and a orange tip bubble the foots the same color . I'm tempted to pick it up and take another picture but I'll wait until morning and try again. Sorry about the picture all I have is a iPhone cam for now . No big deal I bought it for ten bucks just try to figure out what exactly it is . Because ya when I google the heck out of sand nem all I was getting was the lta definatly not that
Derbird
LOL yea I was thinking LTA when you said sand nem but it just dosen't fit what you have. It might be a flower or mini maxi. But we will wait for the pic. Either way it seems to have nice colors.
Emerald525
I agree Thomas it sounded like it was going to be a long tentacle anemone but it looks like a maxi mini. Does it look anything like the anemone in this thread? http://www.pnwmas.org/forums/showthread.php?33930-Hungry-Hungry-Anemone!
Jeffreyg
It does well I hope not lol I like my starfish !! The only difference and I can't tell if it's just the way the colors are on that maxi but it looks like the bulbs get larger toward the outer edge . This guys bulbs are all the same size. Kind resembling that of a seabea with the purple tips I don't think I have ever seen one that wasnt bleached white as snow with purple tips .. NoobtoSalt
It's still tough to tell. I would guess a baby seabae, but never had one so I can't speak from experience. I have only had RBTA, LTA, Large Carpets, and maxi nem's.
