reefnjunkie
Great info Nate-Thats is the only way to cure ich -IMO/E Funny thing that made sense while reading an article on ich-it said if there was an off the shelf bottle/tablet of some product that cured ich, dont you think the large fish wholesalers would be using it-Think of how amny fish they lose. Anyway props for the Q/T its the only way to fly (safely)
Derbird
In hyposalinity you lower (not raise) the salinity until the point where the ich cannot survive in its free swimming stage. Here are a couple of articles: http://www.advancedaquarist.com/2007/6/fish http://www.thereeftank.com/forums/f184/hyposalinity-a-cure-for-ich-126949.html http://www.reeffrontiers.com/forums/f15/hyposalinity-treatment-process-27155/ Hypo not Hyper DOH! Thank you for the reading material. Its a more involed prosses than I imagined but sounds like a good way to deal with this problem
