Blues
Super-nice owner, don't know his name, but he is very helpful. Big ol' doberman protecting the place is friendly too ... but I suspect it can turn all business if it needs to.
Harold B
Ya nice dog, they have always had alot of tanks in stock, not just the ones sitting out either. But the last few times I was there they didn't have hardly any corals, maybe a few mushrooms or a couple super common softies.

bobkat330
BUYER"S BE AWARE ABOUT CB"S i was just in there on monday and had to return or try to return it on wednsday. all i can say BUYER'S BE AWARE. His customer service is not the best and he told me to go to patricts at saltwater fantaces or seahorse and to get out of his store and not come back. all over a $8.00 crab that had one claw when i took it out of the bag to place in the tank. Lowman
I have been in CB's many times and have never had a single problem with his "customer service". I heard the story of your crab, and all he asked was for you to bring him a sample of your water to test before he replaced the crab. Which is what every store with a guarantee asks for before replacing livestock. Was the crab dead?
fpd4308
Some crabs will drop their pinchers when the get stressed. The get them back the next time the molt their shell.
Emerald525
Travis the owner is a nice guy and love the doberman. One of his workers had a used car salesman kinda vibe. I don't know if he's still there. I don't go there any more because I try to give my business to stores that support this forum
jennmac415
My plans have changed as far as what tank I am going with so I no longer need to go to Cb's at this time. Didn't mean to start a debate about their customer service. Thanks for all your help with directions and such!!!
Emerald525
Lol yeah Jennie you're not back 2 weeks and already causing trouble . Just kidding! Its not your fault! These threads take on a life on their own! (laugh). Oh yeah and since we are speaking of nonsponsors... Swf will never get my business. I Have known Travis for 12 years and he told me about that incident today without me even asking, and I think you left allot of stuff out, made yourself look like a victim, but you forgot to say that you told him that it had died within 12 hours of adding it to your tank, you refused to bring in any water to be tested, you got irate when he said he couldn't help you without a water sample, and continued your bad attitude from there. There is more to isn't there? but it dosn't ever make you sound like a good customer.
