Frank
How often do you refill your Co2? And for those that run a controller how often does your Co2 turn off and on?

Harold B
Mine goes on/off about every hour or so also, I use a Millwaukee SM 122 controller, I got a New 5lb tank in June or July of 2010 and have 50 psi left in it. Thanks Harold

Kshack
I do not use a controller. My BC is around 100/min. I refill my tank every 9-12mo?
Harold B
O- I don't know about 20 to 25 or so I think. When I first started using the reactor it was like 10 bpm. I try to set it about where it needs to be without the controller first (ph 6.5) and that way if there happens to be some kind of malfunction there won't be any real big difference in the bubble count per min/ph in the reactor hopefully by the time I catch it.. tanktop74
I have filled mine twice in the last year. And my co2 comes on about every 20 min for a couple minutes then off.... bubble count about 30/min
Smann
I have a 5lb tank last about 6 months, mine is not set so it goes on and off, I try to maintain about 6.5 Ph and 18-20 dkh on the effluent. I had a low Ph on my last tank so I only ran it from like 8am to midnight. I run this one a little longer to maintain alk at 9-10, like 6am to 1am. Mine is set to turn off at 4.8 but rarely does it shut off
