coral cradle frag plugs

I ordered a 100 pack and they came in the mail this weekend. I'll let you know how they work as soon as I clean out my frag tank.

According to the website they are "injection molded polycarbonate" aka some kind of plastic. The concept seems cool. I like the rubber band pegs which will make it easy to mount soft corals. I had a bunch of boston aqua farm plugs but they would fall apart after you re-used them too many times. Plastic plugs will last forever!

look like a good idea for hard corals but im not sure id want to mount softies to it .

Looks like they will work nicely for all corals to me. I think they are more geared towads softies because of how you can use a rubber band or a tooth pick with them. Later Ryan

Neato. A well thought-out idea no doubt and good for almost any application, but:

1: not a fan of plastic that ends up in the 'environment'

2: rather use nontoxic, natural materials that would biodegrade

2: too expensive
