New Current "paddlewheel" skimmer

I was looking at some info on a Aquapod and came across this. Looks pretty cool. Its a new skimmer that Current is making that had a needlewheel like impeller called a paddlewheel. Its a recirc too. Later Ryan

I saw this skimmer at a trade show in October, it looked pretty cheesey to me. I wouldnt spend much time looking into it IMO.

 

Even the rep told me that without using the filter sock on the output, you'll have so many output bubbles you wont be able to control your anger.

That makes sense since pretty much everything Current makes is a piece of cheap junk. I guess that is the way of the world nowadays. Get something made as cheap as possible in China and then spend a bunch of money telling people how great it is.

Ahh that sucks! It looked interesting. Air bubbles suck whale blubber Hope someone buys one though just so I can see it!
