finch6013 Posted March 8, 2010 Share Posted March 8, 2010 Thank you everyone who voted me tank of the month. There are some amazing tanks in the area so its very cool to be seen as one of them. Here are some pics The tank is a 34g solana that has been running for about 8 months. Lighting: 250w Pheonix 14k with actinic supplement Flow: MP10 on wave mode, Koralia 2 and return I really dont check water perams that often. I kind of let the tank do the talking. weekly WC's have been a big part of the success of this tank. Calcium and Alk are maintained by dosing BRS two part each morning. I dose the tank amino acids, Iron, stronium and other trace minerals about every other week, I really dont know if this is doing anything or not. Also I have been dosing Vodka/Vinegar/sugar at .5ml per day and I do think my corals have changed color since so I will continue the experiement. I have a very low bioload of just three fish, a clown, flame angel, and a mandarin goby that I feed three times weekly with Rods Food. Thanks for looking!
