Cherryl
I bought some liverock and found this hitchhiker. Not sure what kind of star it is and if it is reef safe (hopefully). Is less than inch closer to 1/2/ inch. Thank-you

CA2OR
I have had tons of those. I am sure right now I have at least 30 in a 30g tank. They have posed zero problems.....so far anyway. I haven't heard of anyone with issues but would love to if there are any people with such stories.

dsoz
Some really dark ones, or the ones that are red or green can eat some corals. Most eat coraline algae or other biofilm stuff. dsoz
reefboy
if you see it on your corals and the coral isnt reacting well I'd pull it otherwise should be a good algae eater. There are some in the same family that can or do eat some coral types.
