I get more growth with 14k' date=' but I'm not keen on the color.[/quote'] I did not care for the 14K at all until I switched to the 14K Phoenix-(drooler) Never will I ever use any other bulb, and I had tried at least 3 other "name brands" as well as off brands- The phoenix bulbs were thebest thing I have EVER added to my tank.
