dsoz
They are probably mojano anemones. Some of them are good looking, but are prolific. There are other ways of killing them. If you have any Kalk (AKA pickeling lime, calcium hydroxide, kalkwasser, etc). You can make a thick paste of it (toothpaste thick) and smear a thick blob over the anemone in question. Remove the blob after a week and repeat application. Leave it on for a second week. No more anemone. I used this technique on some mojano I got on a piece of free LR that was covered with mojano. It worked like a charm. Good luck dsoz
ThePremiumAquarium
If you can take the rock out, a small torch works really well If you can't then yah the next best thing is kalk paste in my opinion. Joes Juice works well too I just like a bit thicker paste.
Nate213
If you can take the rock out' date=' a small torch works really well [/quote'] Does the torch damage any thing else attached to the rock? Ive always wanted to try this, but been afraid it would kill off more than just the pests.

wanareef
I like to mix up some kalk w/vinegar and use a syringe and needle and just give them a kalk, "fix". They just melt away (nono) I've had enough practice that I can get my semi-sharp needle inside them, then "inject" them
