  1. The classified thread. It's not that the posts aren't showing up its the quick reply box won't show up to type in. Weird.

  2. Thank you so much for your generosity! I came to her house to pick up a frog spawn she was giving away and she also gave me four green trumpet heads, an orange and blue ric,and some blue clove polyps! I'm new and she gave me lots of advice and said this will get you going.

Can't thank you enough Tracy! Incredibly nice of you!

Btw, they are doing great in my tank!

  3. Zoas will open and close a lot, I've had some stay closed for over a month. As long as they don't melt off you're fine. Some are more hardy than others. A lot of people say they are easy, some zoas are, and some just flat out die for no reason lol.

Thanks! It's hard not to be paranoid. Just so much to learn and, each new addition brings with it a whole new set of rules. Other than these I have a orange monti cap that is growing great but it doesn't move so it's easier not to stress over it lol!

  4. These are my first zoas. The sinless polyp was opening all the way the fist few days but the last couple he's looked like this. 43f1acc840623a5675e6c7f19887cc42.jpgthe other two frags seem finefeb3fdc8b398d49a200f26d9caa6d254.jpg

    Or am I being paranoid?

  5. Hi everyone, I'm brand new to reefing and have an acrylic 130gl tank with a 30gl sump, built both myself. Thanks YouTube! I live in Eugene and I'm excited that there is a big reefing community in the Portland area just wish it was a little closer to me. Hopefully I can make one of the events in the future!
