  1. Hello my name is Graham and my partner in crime is Brooke. We have been catering BBQ for friends and family for the last 3 years. We decided with summer coming to an end we would open up the opportunity for some of you to experience our home made meals. The meals will be ready for pick up this Sunday between 1pm-3pm. All orders must be placed in advance.

The BBQ pork will be dry rubbed 12 hours in advance of being cooked. They are cooked on a smoker at 225 for up to 13 hours until they are ready. All meat is USDA Choice grade meat.

The first meal that will be made is Ribs for 2 you'll get

1/2 rack of St. Louis style ribs

    2 sides of your choice

    2 pieces of corn bread

    Choice of BBQ sauce

    This meal is $25

The second meal that you can choose is pulled pork sandwiches for 4 you'll get

    1 lbs of pulled pork

    4 buns

    coleslaw

    4 sides of your choice

    Choice of BBQ sauce

    This meal is $40

We will also sell the smoked pork individually

    Full rack of ribs $27

1 pound of pulled pork $15

    Sides to choose from

    Ranch Bacon pasta *Crowd Favorite*

    Baked beans

    Coleslaw

    Baked cheesy potatoes

    Sauce choices

    Dry rub only

    Tangy mustard *crowd favorite*

    Sweet

**add $1 to any order and take the BBQ dry with sauce on the side to add as you'd like**

We must have at least 10 people signed up for us to cook as there is a considerable amount of time needed to properly make a smoked BBQ meal. This is posted in a few local groups, forums and Facebook

If you do have an event(birthday party, sports event or summer BBQ) that you'd like us to BBQ for we can do private events as well PM us if you'd like to get details.

  2. I had a friend of mine make it up for me. It's nothing too pretty but it does the job very well. I can fit 12 ribs in there and a full pork butt. If you want one send me a text and I'll ask him if he can make a second and what price it will be. e0b698ef172fb45f03890847b64ede7d.jpg

Don't mine the extra pork bits on it still I haven't cleaned it from my last smoke. Since its metal all I do to clean it is toss it in the gas grill at 500 degrees for 20 mins and burn it all off

  3. What will Sirena be tossing on the new shinny traeger for its maiden voyage?

Also pro DIY tip for your pellet burner. Head to Home Depot and grab 6 red bricks. Add them below the drop tray. This will give the smoker more mass which will help stabilize the temperature. Rock has less drastic swings than all that air. Also head to cash and carry and get the widest tin foil. I think it's 18in. Then cover your drip tray with it. This will help with cleanup.

  4. After having three contractors quote me for the Windows, the cheapest I got was $6600. My fist quote on just the Windows alone was $2600. After materials and disposal that leaves at least $3K in labor costs. That seems ridiculous to me. Just solidified my choice to do this project my own.

  5. The back of my house has what looks like a preformed press board siding. Do I just cut through the siding to expose the nailing flange and then put up new trim work after the window is replaced or do I have to find the nail points and remove/reuse the siding.

The front of the house is vinyl siding and I'm pretty good at taking that stuff thanks to my pressure washer exhaust burning a hole in it lol.

  6. We have a great starter home and it's our first one. While I'm not a novice in doing home renovations I still have lots to learn. We currently have aluminum Windows and are looking to replace them out with new HE triple pane Windows. I've heard mixed reviews on doing this job on your own. I'm thinking that I might give it a shot. Have any of you replaced a house window?

  7. I have a small emerald crab about the size of a quarter. He picked the same spot as my anemone and continues to make it mad. Must be able to pick him up soon or he goes to the LFS. Im located in Vancouver.
