  1. This Xbox has a blue fan that glows, the leds in the front are swapped out for different colors as well. Comes with one modded controller, one regular (and if I can find the other two I'll throw those in too)

    Xbox

    Wireless adaptor

    120gb hard drive

    Tons of games

Two controllers (or 4 if I can find the other two)

Looking for 300 for everything. Most games haven't even been played or opened.

  2. If be curious to see if that style works as well as claimed. You saw mine, just using the standard SF bay hatchery base with a 2ltr on it. Works fine for me so far, just have to shut it off with lights out and wait for them to go to the bottom. I siphon through a brine net from eBay using the same air inlet tube.

that setup above isnt the best because there is no aeration which I'm sure would affect the hatch rate. I was thinking about trying the eggs that are coated in some type of magnetic coating . I am unsure of the effects the coating could have on my corals. I know fish hatcheries use the magnetic eggs that they run through pvc with magnets to grab the eggs.

    Thanks for your response!

  3. I was considering building one like this or buying one  because the shrimp separate from the eggs. If anyone has any diagrams or tips for hatching and separating eggs from the shrimp. Post below! ive been just using a bottle, airstone and light and it works just fine but I am curius to see everyones thoughts and designs.

  4. My sister is in school at osu to become a vet.. she mentioned there was a class should could take to specialize in fish.. wonder if there are any vets out there that have done it

I went through the fisheries program and they made us buy books on fish health. Contains information about parasites and all other conditions for fish and their treatments and symptoms.

  5. I want to trade my tank with a custom stand with mounted brackets and a built in sump for a tank that has an external sump. The setup I trade it for would have to look presentable because it is going into my parents house. I don't live with them but I figured it would be better for them to have a tank that has a sump underneath so that I could grow macro algae inside of the sump.

    My tank is 30 Gal

  6. Thanks for the offers guys! I already started the process. I just removed most of the live rock and I put the rack in and did a good water change. Everything seems to be doing better. I built a frag rack as well.

(Pretty sad when you use your baby cam to keep an eye on your corals) lol

  7. I've built all of mine with aqualifter pumps and cheap float switches wired into an extension cord. If you don't mind the diy look, it takes about 10 minutes and 25$.

Dang that's a good idea. Might have to try that. You should post pics!

  8. I mean setup a holding tank temporary while you take stuff out and vacuum all the sand out and do whatever clean up you want. Corals can go several days without lights as long as they have heat and flow in the temp holding tank. Then put them all back in the tank when your done messing with it.

Yeah that's what I might have to do .

  9. What happened!? Is this your new zoa tank?

No it's my older tank that I left at my parents house. The sand bed is too deep on it and I feel like it's just trapping stuff under it. And algae is just getting bad in it. and I want to get rid of the live rock anyways and turn it into a frag tank. My new tank is in perfect condition .

  10. Hello all,

One of my aquariums has gotten out of control and I want to tear it down and re-build it and turn it into a frag tank. I need a local reefer that lives near me (preferably in gresham) to allow me to store my corals and fish in their quarantine setup. I had a quarantine setup but I gave it away because of lack of space. my current setup is a 30 gal with a built in sump in the back. I'm worried about removing all the sand and live rock because I wont have much room for bacteria to build up, So I was thinking of maybe placing the rock underneath a frag rack that I build with egg crate. A lot of my corals are dying off so I need to do this ASAP. I'm tired of the sand and want to remove it and I figure this is the perfect time. This setup is at my other house and I figure I wont have much maintenance if I remove some of the fish and live rock and maybe start over with dry rock and put in my skimmer since Ill have room once the rock is gone.

    • I need a local reefer to help me store my corals and fish temporarily (I would allow you to keep some of the fish and you could cut a few frags of your choice)
    • I need egg crate to build a frag rack (or suggestions on were to buy it or suggestions in general)
