1. Share the love here also! For the sake of transparency, Ashley and I share one tank, so If it's in poor form to have two entries in the same contest then feel free to pull my name out of the running.
2. Share the love here too, I guess. We've only got a couple nems for them to choose from, but they are growing up well.
3. Will you be around today or tomorrow? I'm around for the next hour or so, then after five, or all day tomorrow.
4. Anyone have a fish trap I could borrow for a day or two? We've been trying to get a butterfly fish out of our tank for the last couple days, and he's a slippery sucker. I'd really prefer not to drain the tank or remove the rock, so I figured a trap might do it. Thanks!
5. He loves frozen, specifically "Marine Cuisine" and squid. Surprisingly he's not a big fan of frozen brine shrimp though. I think that Ashley may have already told you, but we are most interested in LPS corals since the only one we have right now is a small three headed Dendro that finally decided to start opening up after a few weeks. He took to the tank very quickly, and I didn't see any signs of sickness during his reasonably short stint in QT, or since he's been in the tank.
6. I've got four in mine and I barely ever see them. With that said, I'd be willing to trade you a peppermint for a skunk, though i'd feel bad about it.
7. I bought this tank and stand off him, and it is indeed stout as hell.
8. Seconds if that falls through for some reason.
9. I just bought a 6' x 1/4" neon green rod there today for $5, and that was more expensive than the clear ones (I needed a point'n stick).
10. I got a couple of photos of the tank with my phone last night. I'll try to get some with our nice camera soon so it's not all blurry. Here's one of the front And this is from the side. The GBTA isn't always that sad looking, I'd just been working in the tank and accidentally brushed it with my hand. As for the Kenya tree in the front corner, it was just in a mopey mood.
11. The little clown is off to his new home with XrayGuy. I hope he does well for you!
12. Please put me down on the list too. We finally got our 93g up and going. I would have posted build pics, but I really suck at remembering until after it's done. I'll plan on getting a few shots of the setup when I get home, so people can yell at me about running an ATS and no skimmer :p Seriously though, I plan on picking up a skimmer in a couple weeks unless a killer deal comes up before then.
13. So we have this little ocellaris clownfish that's maybe an inch long, and we want to get rid of him, cause he's a jerk (note: he's probably a she). He's been a bit of a biter for a few weeks now, but ever since he started hosting our little Sebae anemone, it's gotten to the point where we can't even stick our hands in the tank without netting him first. Besides the fact that we'd rather have a pair of Mochas or Picassos, we're in the process of moving all our stuff over from the 29g tall we have to a 93g cube and don't want to have to deal with him swimming around with that stupid smirk, acting like he owns the place. It'd be nice to get a frag or something in trade, but we really just want to send him to somewhere he can be the king (queen) of his own little ocean, as opposed to hanging around being a big, stupid, dumb-faced bully. Here is a video of him hosting with the Sebae, so you know he's totally down with that.
14. Do you have any pictures of it? I was thinking about putting one of these together for the office, but I want to see how people have them set up.
15. We need about that much sand. You around tomorrow?
16. Cool, I'm just up north of Woodstock. I'll text you this weekend to see what you've got left.
17. Where abouts in SE are you? You've got a couple of things that I might be interested in, though I'd like to have a look over the rest of it too.
18. Not sure how to include pictures using attachments, but I personally prefer to just upload the image(s) to imgur.com or some other image hosting site and link there with the commands. Those are both fine recommendations, though I don't really care for Flickr too much cause they don't deal with zooming on mobile very well.
19. What kind of protein skimmers do you have? I'm looking for one that'll handle a 93 gallon with a reasonably small load. I'm not in Eugene, but I have a lot of family and friends there that could come by and pick it up for me.
